Let me tell yall how deep I'm getting with this. I saw an interview with Ace about this track and he mentioned that, when it was in production, he was trying to come up with a sound similar to Marley Marl & Craig G's "Droppin' Science." Me being me, I played that scenario over and over in my head and I swear, if I were with a producer right now, I would have yall dropping to your knees over the sound that I'm thinking of. Just drop the Droppin Science track right over this... OMG... I would blend Craig G & Ace's then and now verses through the blend mix, drop the drum beat when the song vocal comes in and just let the music portion play thru that until the hook is done THEN come back in beat ONLY on both tracks and let their 48 bars spit to that then end it with the entire music versions bangin' out in instrumental to end the track out... That's a "REWIND" classic in my head if I've ever thought of one. My God...

I always wondered why poets stop writing/ recording, all the artist that came before and is still alive and was on at one point. Even if you/they made no money, for them to be that good young, the love for the art was in them. But the majority of past pioneers, they disappeared. Lyrics on this track are moving and says a lot about this artist, that is in my view one of the greatest MC's since the birth of Hip Hop.
