Just want to say that Max did a wonderful job of supervising along with Willow helping, oh and Tim did a great job too. I so admire his patience in letting those two cuties "help" him. With so many animals being abused, it is wonderful to see such a kind person. Lots of love to you and your whole family. I'm still trying to figure out where your outdoor scenery is located and I'm no stalker just know that I have driven by there before but can't remember where it is. I can't wait for you good folks to get to your new property and watch you transform it into something great.😍

Tim has the patience of Job. To have Max on his lap while he puts faucets together that's a good man. And the nice crisp white paint, makes everything better. White paint covers a multitude of sins. 💟 I can't wait to see your next big project, your double wide home, and the land for your homestead. Peace love happiness

Altho, I've never lived in a rental that required that much renovation, I've always sworn to leave the space better than I found it. You two have gone above and beyond ❤️.

I love the improvements! Your sweet hubby is amazing and did a great job!! I love the linoleum - some people snub their noses at it but I really appreciate the durability of it. I know you're so happy w/your new bathroom and I don't blame you. I live in the same double wide my parents purchased and put on our land back in 1970 when I was only 3. My parents passed years ago and I inherited it. I'm single and disabled but my 4 grown kids have helped me do quite a few repairs and upgrades. Your video inspired me to keep going and not be discouraged (b/c it really is a never ending job w/older homes)! God Bless you and your precious family, I love watching your channel!

Max did an excellent job keeping Tim company. There seems to be a special bond between the two of them. The bathroom turned out so good and you did a beautiful job decorating it. It won't be long before the two of you have to start all over again but that time we be all for you. It will be so much more fun when it's your own. Can't wait for that series to start. That was a good idea moving the sink. It made the bathroom look so much bigger and I think it gave you more room to move around in. It really turned out nice!

Turned out great! If you could find the matching “over the toilet” shelf, you could put it right next to the toilet for sheets and towels with a laundry hamper underneath.

Valerie, looks like you sacrifice kitchen tools, too, when needed. My hubby uses whatever towel or kitchen bowl he can find when he goes home projects and such. I just appreciate all he does in our home and have no room for complaints!! The bathroom turned out soooo nice!!

Tim is so good at what he does. The bathroom looks amazing. I love how you renovate on a budget. I would have never thought to put the linoleum on the floor. It looks so nice. Also, instead of buying an expensive framed mirror or medicine cabinet, the glass square was a perfect choice. I suggest a towel bar between the sink and the toilet. It will fill in that blank space. Also a hook on the back of the door for more towels or to hang a robe. The whole mobile home has had a nice renovation. The best part of the whole property, is the view of the mountains. So beautiful!

Thank goodness for Max supervising the job. He sure does love his Daddy. I saw the foreman she came in once or twice just to check up on the boys. She wanted to be sure no one was loafing on the job and to get a cuddle.😂😂😂 Tim is so kind to those sweet fur babies.Tim you are like a magical unicorn. I do believe you can fix and do anything. Lookin good.I think all you need is a stool between the potty & sink to sit & put lotion on your legs & feet . Maybe a little art on the wall. Magazine worthy.👍🏻🙂Nice work.❤

You can get really good paint to give the bath + tiles a makeover. I did mine in my static holiday home. The bath looks brand new. It's worth doing to finish the transformation. Great job, it does look lovely.

I would get the 2 part epoxy paint to paint the showers and tubs white. Lowes sells it. It would finish off the bathrooms and really look good. Tim does great work!

Tim did a great job on the bathroom. You need to put a cabinet or shelf in between the sink and the toilet to put towels and washcloths and things on the bathroom.
