Ironing is not purely for getting out creases but the steam helps eliminate all germs from clothing and linens. Also, using sprays can be harmful when used on a regular basis as many brands contain chemicals such as Benzene, Parabens and Acetaldehyde. Nothing beats a natural clean smell in my opinion and is much healthier.

I used to iron absolutely everything I enjoyed it now not so much so I don't iron my bedding now I've bought seersucker bedding and it doesn't need ironing but even my other sets I Don't bother now doesn't look bad really

Happy Sunday! As always, everything looks beautiful. It is so important to have a comfy bed. Love the mirror & chair. Personally, I think the chair looked better nearer the window. It allows the mirror to be it's own feature & the chair a separate feature without blocking mirror. We all see things differently though!😊

Can I give you an idea for your bedroom....other people's opinions/suggestions can be useful, sometimes. A mirror or artwork (a soft palette) above the bed...the white chair by the window and not blocking the mirror...the white drawers placed underneath the artwork you have already...the black ladder/baskets can then be placed on the wall where the white dresser is at the moment. Just something to think about. I love decorating and know how important it is to have balance in a room...or Feng Shiu as most people call it. I love your new bed and bedding! Also...haha...if you do end up moving the white drawers a tall plant would look lovely in the corner by the small window...bring a little nature into the room.

Love your new bed. It makes your bedroom look more bright & airy, plus it's in keeping with the modern cottage décor that I personally think complements the rest of your house. A natural wood ladder would also suit the room, imo.😊

Hi Freya, your bedroom is looking lovely. I love how you style your rooms. I don’t iron my bedding either, like you say it gets creased anyway when you have slept in it. I don’t have the time to iron bedding so If you do want a less creased look & don’t want to iron I just cheat & use crease releaser on the bedding once on then just smooth it out. It looks lovely though I love the new bed 😁 xxx

I think the touch of black from the ladder is good to have your eyes travel around the room, table lamp to mirror to ladder to sconces. Find two throws with texture to hang. Just one throw looked a bit lost. Your bedroom is looking beautiful. Will you be placing a piece of artwork on the wall to the left of the mirror? That is a major redo on your backyard! I imagine it] will be just beautiful when you have finished it.

Can I offer a small piece of advice please regarding pillows. On your sleeping pillows, I always put on a white housewife pillow case as a protector, then the pillow case I sleep on. It will prevent any sleep stains on your pillows. The bed looks lovely. Xx

Freya why don’t you try putting some of your lenor sense boosters in a spray bottle with some hot water and when cooled spritz your bedding? I do it with the fairy ones and your bedding stays fresh and the room smells lovely! Give it a try xx

I use a small hairdresser type spray bottle. Just cover the bottom well, add hot water to dissolve, top up with cold and spritz
