People seem to forget that Doomguy sealed himself in hell for eons to fight demons. Mans is literally thousands of years old and has been killing that entire time

Doomguy would kick the SHIT out of Master chief, Doomguy's armor is near indestructible for one, while Master Chief can only wield 2 weapons at once Doomguy has a whole arsenal at his disposal which he can switch between in the blink of the eye he has fought demons for thousands of years and that is before getting his indestructible armor

I like to think that Master Chief is more grounded with all of his abilities being more or less based on things that could actually happen in our future. Doomguy on the other hand is this mythical slayer that’s been fighting through Hell for god knows how long and can defy all natural plausibility, which I respect 😌
If you consider the lore over gameplay mechanics, Doomslayer also wins on the suit department too as in 2016's codex you have an entry on the Doomslayer's suit where it talks how none of the weapons that the humans have at their disposal could even scratch the paint iff of it. To add on top, the Doomslayer is actually protected by magic so the suit isn't to protect him but to sort of enhance him, give the fact he also has infinite stamina and literally nothing human made can hurt him, yeah I don't think Chief would have a good time by any means

I personally think Doom Slayer would win this fight. The fire power, the brute strength, and the fact that he is literally imbued with the powers of a god along with the preator armor suit, he would turn Master Chief into dust. I love the Halo games and I've been a fan of them for years, even more so with Doom. So I equally love both of these powerful gaming icons. I wouldn't say my opinion on this is biased since I love both of them. Personally I just think the Slayer would win due to his arsenal and the lore behind the power he has that was given to him by the Seraphim. He's literally too angry to die, so technically he's immortal. Master Chief doesn't stand a chance.

This is like a Chihuahua (chief) vs a Friggin pitbull (slayer) Doomslayer is a literal god, the only thing in halo universe that could possibly hurt the slayer is the halo rings(suicide plan) and the slayer could easily teleport out of the range (he literally travels dimensions in seconds whenever he wants)

We can see in the Fortress of Doom he clearly knows his way around some tech. Doomslayer may not rely on strategic thinking simpley because he never needed too. Which could be a flaw Master cheif can exploit given the chance. Then again, I could imagine pre-Doom 2016 Doomguy being far more tactical simply because he was still baseline human at that point.
It’s also shown how doom was trained in Ardak and he learned from the sentinels, he’s been show modifying his preator suit which was forged by gods using materials from hell outclassing any human technology

i highly doubt mcs armor could withstand a shot from the bfg 900, the shields would be irrelavant, as it's super heated plasma that vaporizes water, and mcs shield stop kinetic energy.

With the whole kill count ordeal, doomguy has fought countless armies of hell, regardless of the odds and still came out on top, "hell" (pun intended) he could even just decide to turn on humanity, and wipe us out in the same way, so...
the last time i checked there actually was an estimate for the Slayer's kill count from the Slayer's club, it Was 96.7 quadrillion demons during the point of doom 2016 don't know how much after the ancient gods or current slayer

I would give MC intelligence, but with the caveat that it's irrelevant. Doom Guy has lost all semblance of his humanity. He only knows violence, all he does, endlessly, untiring, and without sleep, is brutally murder every demon in his path with extreme prejudice. The only thing that saves MC and brings us to a draw is this, Even his MC went full bore in an attempt on the Slayer, the slayer would likely not care, MC isn't a demon, and MC isn't going to be able to hurt him anyway.
As an unbiased source, who has never even touched a DOOM game in my life and has played almost every Halo game, I can say with confidence that the DOOM Slayer would win. Yes, Chief is a badass of badasses, but the DOOM Slayer literally locked himself in Hell to slaughter demons over a *RABBIT*.

Normal bones vs ceramic and titan, 200 lbs vs 1000 lbs, normal reaction time vs 300 % reaction time ... Its easy to created an op caracter but its harder to create one thats is still realistic.
the doomslayer clearly has a edge when it comes to armour, the praetor suit is close to completely indestructible, surviving a 2 million degree kelvin laser without a scratch
You got the health and armor very wrong Jimmy. Doom Slayer only needs to get a single kill to restore massive chunks of health. As for the shoulder mounted flame thrower(Flame Belch) when fired at any enemy it restores massive chunks of armor. If used correctly, the Doom Slayer is damn near invincible my guy.
So’s chief tools, however the slayers suit can be ripped apart by grunts, the bubble shield can circumvent and avoid almost all of the slayers attacks and weapons, even the bfg can’t defeat it.

@@markdungee1378 that still doesn’t explain how imps can tear his armour apart, the suit can be destroyed by lava and other fire constructs, forerunner weapons would be very effective against the slayer. Doom guys best chance is the bfg, but the bubble shield can deal with such, he can gain mobility with his thrusters and he can use invisibility to hide and strategise.
I've grown up with both games, I love both characters, keep that in mind, but tbh, as much as I love master chief. The fact that he has to reload is an insta lost. In the slayers eyes... That's a stagger... Chief
Ngl, that was kinda BS, what I suggest if you do a rematch is look into the deeper lore of DOOM: the praetor suit in lore (what the DOOM slayer/DOOM guy can even be damaged by the BFG let alone anything else, along with this the DOOM slayer killing demons for (in lore) millions or billions of years
Doomguy literally only uses guns because they’re cool, his fists have the force of 1000 galaxies, or so I’d like to think. Not to mention that Doomguy literally does not care about what is going on around him
One thing many people have forgotten. Doom guy's armour in the lore is indestructible, given to him by the Wretch. In doom 2016, you can see on his armour, "mk 8623" which means that over the Eons he spent with the forces of Argent D'nur and slaughtering the legions of hell, he not only reverse engineered the indestructible qualities of the Wretches armour, but improved the armour thousands of times. This proves that not only is Doom guy's armour better, but also his intelligence. Anyone who lived several billion years would be smarter than a spartan with less than 50 years special training

Chief is more likely to sit back and think for a moment how to solve a problem, because he know he can't force through all problem. Now riddle me this, would you sit back and strategize if you know for sure that you can solve every problem by punching them? That's Doomguy mindset and he absolutely thrives in it.

Bubble shields are impenetrable, chiefs taken hits from guilty spark and his suits shields can regenerate, also chief has the very much standard cortana AI, would could research and inform chief.

The Super Shotgun has two shots, and uses a gauge of shell unknown to man, and can literally turn anything to dust with a single shot. I actually have something to say about the armor. The Praetor Suit in LORE is stated to be basically indestructible. Chief's armor is simply made of titanium alloy and nanotech. His armor can only take so much plasma energy attacks. Kill count is laughable. Doom Guy fought in hell against the demons for eons. An eon is a billion years. Doom Guy killed THE GOD OF HIS UNIVERSE. Who is also revealed to be his source of power. Doom Guy killed a guy who can't be killed. I think Doom Guy just wins with a simple shotgun blast and a slice of the arm blade.

Master Chief is my favorite character of all time whereas doomguy is in my lower top 20. This being said it pains me knowing doomguy would glory kill chief in a couple seconds....

Doom Slayer from older games is still immortal. When he died in doom 1 he came back from hell. Reason being he is a primeval. What we know about primevals is only a primeval can kill a primeval. The divinity machine only unlocked his full power.
imo the argument "if they had enough prep time they could win" is kinda stupid. if you put me, someone with little sword skill, in a match between a warrior from the 700s obviously the warrior would win. the "if i had enough prep time" argument would allow me to just train to the point qhere i could beat him. i have no time limit from this statement, so i could easily just practice getting good with a sword and stand a better chance against him. as someone else put it "the fact that your super power is shopping isnt as great as it seems"
