+SIDDHESH SHIRKE, Thank you for watching our video. We suggest you reach out to a manufacturer such as Wilwood or Brembo. We found a good article from Stoptech as well : stoptech.com/docs/media-center-documents/the-physics-of-braking-systems
I have a 4 wheel disc on my 55 Bel Air. its the BK1212 plus the 10 bolt rear kit. The pedal is soft and the brakes don't "grab". its hard to stop the vehicle. I have a 8" booster and a 1 1/8" MC. What could be wrong?
Hi RookieClassics, Can you give our tech line a call? 1-330-630-0240. We need some additional information from you. We look forward to your call. Thanks!
Im thinking about swaping the master cylinder of my 1984 Nissan Junior wich use an 1 inch or 25 mm master for a 23 mm or 15/16 from a Nissan D21 hardbody, the base and outlets are place the same, so is the theory is correct im gonna increase the brake force and get a softer feeling
while a smaller piston will apply more force, it may not move enough volume of fluid. Input (your leg), Power assist and pedal ratio also play a part. No easy answer!
what really gets me is a company that is raking in cash, cannot spend ten cents on quality equipment or ACTORS for putting together instructional videos
