The exercise towards the end changed my way of thinking and just blew my mind! It such a simple mindset shift, but the VALUE of it is priceless. I realised by focusing on value and not price, I'm not anxious about making the sale anymore, because once I have shown the value of my product, it is up to the customer to decided how valuable that value is to them.
