Love, love, love this. We don't need huge amounts of clothing. This would also easily translate to less formal style. Just choose similar traits and make sure they mix well. TFS

I loved this video! I was wandering how do you manage to understand the different tonalities of black if the clothes come from different brands? I bought a black suit from l'autore chose buying the jacket in the boutique and the trouser of the same suit online and it happened to be two different shades of black! Great & tasteful, definitely very inspirational me. I wear this type of dress code in my work, although I call it "business casual", as I have some fancy colored tops with straight suits, just as you picked the green.

Love the video and I like that you encourage using bold colours with your more classic suits. The only thing I do not agree with is combining jackets and trousers from two different suits. I've tried this with different combinations and even though the fabric was identical, it just looked like I didn't bother looking for the matching jacket in the morning. The only time mixing it up works for me is when the bottom is black... And even then it is tricky. The accessories are on point though!!! Really really great video :-)

+Mimi Rambles yes, I know what you mean. It's hard to find that perfect matching set of suits. But even if you do it's also very important what shirt you have and in what color. If it's just a grey jacket, white button down and a pair of black trousers, it will look just ordinary. A shirt should kind of tie everything together to make it work.

Thank you Daria. I would like to see a video only for shoes. I really struggle to find shoes for winter that are practical and match pants well in cold weather. Often pumps are too cold to wear in northern Europe with pants. Xx

I have a top which matches each suit exactly. I can wear monochrome, make a column with a contrasting jacket, or match the top and jacket with contrasting bottom, as well as muted contrasting top. My suits right now are navy, burgundy and beige.

Great video! I would like to wear my brown pants and skirt but have no idea how to style them. I need to wear a cardigan with the outfit, plus what about the shoes? What color? I heard brown and black which I have in my closet) are a no-no in France, which is what is giving me the difficulty. I can only think of brown, blue and white but it seems too much. Plus the brown pants I have are a deeper brown, the skirt is a more ashy brown color. So may be I need totally different color of blues for both bottoms. Confused!

+oganotluibov yes, brown is one complicated color! I like to match it with dark forest green, navy, salmon, carmine, yellow, beige and black. Light brown goes well with camel, beige, stone, ivory colors. You have some options to try out. It's hard to say what shoes will go well with your pieces without seeing them, but usually black and skin tone shoes go well with everything ❤️

Огромное спасибо Даша. Как раз делала такую капсулу для работы через сайт что ты советовала. Получилось говно в итоге))) то ли с цветами не то подобрала, то ли что. А вот кстати свитеров в моей капсуле нет, надо опробовать пару вариантов. И я ещё добавила платье-сарафан, можно с разными рубашками носить например

Daria Andronescu ой может попутала, не помню вы советовали или нет, сайт Polyvore. Вот капсула polyvore.com/_/set?id=217352605 с цветами есть красный костюм, есть пиджак лайм. Сейчас добавились ещё мятный костюм и нежно розовый комбинезон. Вот не знаю какие под них рубашки/гольфы/свитера выбирать. Те цвета что под зелёные оттенки подходят, под красный не очень. Понятно, что базовые цвета со всем сочетаются: есть серая рубашка, темно синяя. Вот их 2 и ношу и в хвост и в гриву, остальные только раз в месяц (((((( у меня получилось что костюмы цветастые, т.е. все рубашки/ гольфы должны быть очень нейтральные? Бежать в магазин покупать бежевую серость? У вас как-то гармонично получилось, есть акцентные по цвету костюмы, есть базовые, есть акцентные топы, есть базовые. И все между собой сочетается. У меня вроде посмотришь, то же самое. Есть и темно синий костюм и красный. Есть и базовая серая рубашка и в цветочек, но ничего между собой не сочетается. В итоге хожу в темно синем костюме с серой рубашкой, скукота и серость ((((((((

Вот ещё подумала... Или мне делать 2 параллельных гардероба? В одном будут базовые костюмы с яркими рубашками/свитерами, а во втором красный или мятный костюм с базовыми рубашками? Но это же куча вещей получится. Или нет?

Beautiful video. I would not necessary pair the suits together though. Seems you mentioned to avoid obvious stripes and boldish colors. Both suits fit into the relatively daring department, no? I like the edginess for sure, though.

Thank you! No, in the beginning I said that if you have one pattern suit, another one should be a solid colour one. That's what I did for this capsule. But for, example, if the grey suit had more obvious and active plaid print, they wouldn't match well.

+thunder girl зависит от тональности, температуры и яркости коричневого. Не видя, сложно сказать. Лучше прямо в нем идти в магазин и пробовать различные варианты. С темно-холодным-коричневым хорошо смотрится серый, темно-синий, синий.

Yes, but only if both look formal.

If you change your shoes it doesn't make it a different outfit, I think. It still looks the same and most people won't notice any difference. Try changing between different bags. A bag can even alter your posture and walk.
