Love your channel Tae but I have to disagree with you on the "eating often to guard-off hangry". I was hangry for years because I was eating too often as dictated by our society. I discovered intermittent fasting, eat mostly one unprocessed foods, dropped a bunch of weight, never look better and never again feel hangry... as the same time, improved my gut microbiome. Life is so much better after I stopped eating often. I also want to tell you that I enjoy your channel and keep up the good work!

I think the eating often thing varies from person to person. Like Tae, I need to eat small, healthy meals/snacks frequently or I start feeling nauseous, fatigued, and confused. However, people like my husband need to eat less often. He has 1-2 meals total per day, with very few snacks in between, if any. If he eats too early or too often, he starts feeling lethargic and just uncomfortable.

I try to listen to something for positive thought in the mornings. This helps me throughout the day and week. Love my mornings with Tae!

Love your videos and I'm going to have to disagree on eating often. Please look up work done on intermittent fasting by Dr Jason Fung. It's just as important to know WHEN to eat as much as what to eat.

I totally agree. I got rid of hanger for good after discovered intermittent fasting with Dr. Fung and dropped 12 pounds on my 5'1" frame in the process...

I don’t agree with eating often. People get hangry because they eat too many simple carbs that wreck their insulin management. I feel the most mellow and stable when fasting

I agree, although Fasting takes practice but certainly keeps you mentally focused for longer as well as sustained energy.

bad advice. eat real food once or twice a day not frequently. frequent feeding promotes insulin production/insulin resistance.
