Think school>>>>>>HBR Down the line of about 8-10 years 1 of 3 successful entrepreneurs would have some input from THINK SCHOOL in one way or the other
I just had it today with this offer. Taste was good. The only thing which I hate is they add very less sauce and veggies every time. I told the employees before to make the burger hot or keep it in oven but the employees seem very much unskilled
i like handful of videos in a year, even good videos dont make the cut, however this is extremely good to not get liked, you guys earned it! i comment much more frequently and provide a 100% watch time to compensate for the likes btw!
Ganesh Sir I would love to get some information regarding business consulting firms, their market size and growth opportunities for someone starting new... Hoping that you consider my request!!
Just an absolutely amazing podcastt ! even for a single minute didn't feel like when will this video end ! just amazing ! thankyouu soo much think school team .
1:44:58 moment when Ganesh was analyzing heavy entrepreneurial dose and went blank. But came back quickly. Lots of love Ganesh. This content is anazing and next level. So precisely put down and hats off to you for the fact that you were able to know secret recipe by asking right questions at right time❤.
This episode talks about how to compete in business. How many of you would be happy if you have the detailed notes of the podcast so that after listening this podcast you can have and read the important stuff in 10 mins anytime you want. Let me know your response.
It could be 1:15:00 podcast. Have a suggestion pls don't repeat all the things. You kept repeating all the things again and again. Its getting irritating. Anyone can make notes by watching podcast. Let the Guest talk more and more . We can learn from them .
I too disagree about timing is important for a business to succeed. Examples. Baiju came in right time. But it's buisness growth was was only due to the timing. But world keeps changing. Your own episode says Louis Vuitton succeeded even at time of World wars. How the time is suits his business? If there is problem, ans solution is perfect ane well marketed to people. As quickly as possible using Huge money pouring. Half success is sure. But blindly pouring money without doing proper researches always runs out of cash.
the perfect business interview ever , it had more knowledge than than the actual founder movie (mc donalds) , very impressive than raj shamani and other business podcast.
Hello ganesh, everything is okay, But,Remind one thing,Non-hindi peoples are also watching this, So,make sure that You had the conversations completely in english.
I think let people talk in the language they feel more comfortable with, sooner or later this language thing will be completely eradicated with the help of technology. For now captions can be used that are in english only.
Yeah,I completely agree with you, But,I don't know Hindi at all, Whenever listening to important things, suddenly he speaks something in Hindi, I miss the context, That's why I am telling this.
Small suggestion: Try to talk less than the guest, and give them the most opportunities to talk for longer. Besides, Ganesh, very happy to have YOU doing these pods interviews of such great founders.
I agree. Throughout the interview, there were several moments when Dheeraj was on the verge of sharing really valuable insights, but the flow was interrupted by less relevant questions. I say this as a big fan of your work-I've watched almost all your videos. That’s why I wanted to take the time to share this feedback. :)
Hi. I had been a fan of jumbo King since Andheri West branch coz mc donals was expensive for school going kid so it was my go to place for Vada pav but now I have tried many outlet of stores the price has increased but the input of material specially the sauce has been reduced like to one sauce for bombay burger which is not even pour adequately like the last 2-3 bite has the taste of it....Hope you can look into it
I hate jumbo king. Not for what they are but for what they have stopped being They could have taken vada pav global from street to sky but they followed burger king One more company with follower mindset 👎👎👎
Here in my gurgaon area there is one vada pav wala who sells good vada pau and 5 burger outlets all local players. Each burger player is earning more than vada pav wala. Its because you cannot change the habits and the flavours people are used to in a particular area. Even though the vada pav is good and costs 35-60 depending on the type. Burgers starts from 35 from a local player and om sweets and goes upto 115₹. So it is more scalable acceptable and enjoyable in my area. Same reasons apply in thousands of other areas as well in India. So sometimes you just have to understand the market. You cannot impose your value and your ambitions on to the customers. You have to understand the mindset of people, create a good business out of it until you have abundance of money to spend on changing the dynamics of the market
Haha what a coincidence his grandfather left Tigaon near to faridabad and he hasn't opened any franchise in faridabad till now even after opening all-over in gurgaon, Noida & delhi -from faridabad 😂
Super beneficial.......I had a lot of JK burgers while I was in 12th 2010 and used to go to classes in Dadar Mumbai directly from college...in the evenings or mornings....
one of the best podcast on QSR. I myself run a small food outlet in Mangalore called Agni's and after morning anxity of any entruprenouer it was relaxing to see what many things which Gupta sir did is what i am doing and currently am trying to reduce the food prep time of my dishes, shall refer back to this when i am in trouble
I have worked in different franchises on different capacities in canada but still i got lot of values from this episode. Ganesh bro, the questions you prepared are exactly what i would like to know from any of the QSR Giants. It would have been impossible to see this long video from any other content creator. Keep up bro. ❤
It's a very inspiring story. A question to Mr Gupta, Hamburgers were staple food for US as is Vada pav in Mahrashtra. McDonalds took Burgers to the world and changed eating habits. They would have faced same challenges as Jumboking in Vadapav but they didn't change their product. Could Jumboking would have continued with Vadapav and would have taken to entire country and over the world as alternate to BURGERS as an Indian snack.
who the hell does this "right decision"? Thro the employees 4 all mistakes of owners & opulence. Classic ex is Anant's wedding bill borne by rest of the employees.
Sir if possible can you make a seperate small video after every business podcast in which you will be explaining the summary and giving your opinion. in the same visually appealing way like your other video's apart from podcast ones. Like in this current one thing you have noted and re-deliver the information what Guest is saying multiple times. If you would just understand note than and make a seperate video in which now you will explain everything you understood from him... Imagine how good it will be for me a consumer of your content.. Love you Ganesh. I'm watching your content without any skip from past 3-4 years..... Love what you do !!
As businesses grow, many expand their product lines, often compromising their core offering. Royal Enfield avoided this by streamlining their range and focusing on their hero product, leading to a sharp rise in success.
We used to have samosa pav when we were in school in the year 99-2000 at local shop eatery outlet called albela. May be this local eatery shop, he didn't visit in Mumbai around 99-2000. Jumbo king introduced samosa pav it's over exaggerated..the rest statements by him are very interesting and definitely will help new aged entrepreneurs
Let me tell you man Ganesh ❤ your podcast are so infectious, how you interestingly carry out the entire podcast... Whenever you upload a podcast I can't skip them, and I come back all the way around if I couldn't complete that in one go Very insightful Brother ❤
Dear Team, kindly make a video on import duty hiked on cooking oil in India, how it may correlate to inflation numbers, what measures central government to take now on this to cool off the cooking oil prices... For sure shot very soon scarcity of oil may happen as everyday oil manufacturers are increasing cooking oil prices... There is a learning for Business students in India with correlate to Price Discovery of the product, Government intervention, inflation, marketing of the product, etc...
Jumbo king Founder Dheeraj Ghupta From Sweet Shop to Jumbo king Business The Unit Economics & Franchise model & Branding Business The making sweets or Burgers behind the macro economics Vadapav vs Burgers The FOFO model Business strategy Think school 🏫 Jumbo King owner Dheeraj Gupta shared his business model Franchise model The Business set up Unit of economic behind foods The Business case studies Different perspectives of Food business and Franchise model pro and cons The details of Food business model with Jumbo bing Food Franchise business
Great learning inputs for sure … but Ganesh you cannot just pin down point during conversation with founder it breaks the rhythm and makes things like formal communication rather than mining the inputs .
I rarely leave comments on videos, but you and your team absolutely deserve it. I'm thoroughly enjoying every bit of these business podcasts. Wishing you all the best!
❤❤❤ Dear bowdown to you for this eye opening podcast.. best part is I never felt it as two persons interaction..but like me be the 3rd person throughout.. I request to make this a bench mark to investigate whts unique you did here which gave me this experience...❤❤❤❤
If you travel by delhi metro you would find outlets of Jumbo king on every major station. I always wondered who owns this franchise and how come I have never heard of this start up and suddenly it became this big. Surely, a 🤡 moment for me.
While doing MBA I always thought that what ever examples n case studies they are teaching are mostly western companies n they will not be useful in Indian context
Hi , thanks for the knowledge you give to us , I request you to make video on construction materials industry in India and chances to make it an online business.
Sir, your researches are great.. ur guests are great... You are doing a very great service to this nation.. by teaching right things which money hungry mba colleges do not...
Please let the guests speak more. Most of the podcasts looks like Ganesh sharing his life lessons. Every time a guest is about to share their insight, Ganesh starts telling his success stories.
