This was delightful. I think that guy deserves a medal. Its so refreshing to just see someone doing their best playing chess and being real and smiling. Very refreshing. Fun game too.
There are many good chess channels out there but watching and paying attention to the Coach’s way of explaining and analyzing makes me feel smarter…truly no nonsense solid channel
With all these stupid gambits, its often best just to take the pawm & dont cling onto it, carry on with your game if they get their pawn back, material is equal but your'e ahead in development.
I climbed to 1550 blitz 5 min time control and i mess around in open challenges and getting smoked by 800s to 1200s on cheatcom. Its annoying. Yesterday i played a i think 1256 player who played the daimino defense type set up (wasnt exactly same move order) which is basically losing with that knight sac on e4 then queen h6 check and then all of a sudden he starts playing extremely accurate and destroyed me without ever developing his queen side. I essentially had all my pieces developed and said to myaelf surely im completely winning and of course he played all the top engine moves when it came to king safety. Cheating is absolutely out of control and they dont even ban accounts anymore. Couple years ago some of my live pages were 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 all the way down some days. Now a days nothing. Its making me lose passion for chess. Find myself playing less and less.
Of course cheatcom is the giant in Internet chess so anyone who questions cheating is insane and everyone else is bought and paid for. All the way up to Magnus being partnered to them. Lichess seems to me much better. I play 2000s on there and their moves dont feel engine like. I can understand and have chances. Tactics open up. I play a 800 on cheatcom and im getting absolutely squeezed to death.
