For more than two decades, Jennifer has consulted to senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, including financial and professional services, pharmaceuticals and high tech, as well as at global non-profit and governmental institutions. She also teaches at the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University and serves as an executive coach at Columbia Business School.
