What a talk! You killed it, and it definitely inspired me not only to go skate, but also with my RU-vid channel, to bring mental health awareness to the skate community. For the longest time I was afraid of failing with it, but then I got the courage to just try it, I mean what’s the worst that could happen. This talk made me feel less afraid of failing with it, because I can always try a different angle to make it work. 💪🛹🧠
Alive 46 yrs, skating for 37 of them . Shaped me into a fairly decent human being. Everything this man is saying rings true. Skateboarding is a huge piece of my heart &soul. It's in our blood. I've known of Micky since his am days & from this point on, he's 1 of my faves. A true class act & a great representation of who we truly are. Big love from the gnarly 'Nati Mr Papa...
His last part was INSANE! KUDOS MICK!!! This was so much fun to watch for some reason! Probably because I’ve never related to anything more in my life! What a treat!
ohh may god! Thats so accurate! Micky is the blast! I could listen to him all day long. Such a humble and smart guy and one of the best skaterboarders alive.

Still got it at 37 years old like I did when I was 16, so its possible guys. Trust me if you keep up your skating you will only get better, more creative and it will give you more confidence and strength throughout life, not to mention the exercise! Skateboarding teaches you how to keep going and never give up. Micky’s last part was insane!! Sw laser sw back lip on a handrail! Absolutely nuts
This was awesome Mickey, super proud of you! It was always a pleasure watch you rip Chevy Chase so effortlessly, much love brother ! Keep crushing it ! ❤️🔥🙏🏼
Yeah man skateboarding made me a success in so many ways outside of skateboarding. Most of my peers are afraid to fail. I'm afraid to fail too, but I'm willing. Great talk Micky.
