We're thrilled that you're enjoying Virtual Pianist and had a blast showcasing its magic! ✨ You did an awesome Job showing its features! 💕 🎹 Thank you! 🙏🏼
Absolutely! VP is indeed a versatile gem in our collection. Keep exploring its possibilities, and don't hesitate to share your creations with the community-it's always inspiring to see how others utilize such powerful tools! 🎶🎹
Unfortunately the VPs don't have odd time signature phrases. We might consider adding this feature in the future. However, you could drag&drop the midi of the phrases onto a midi track and change them to be in 6/8 or 3/4. 🎹
This MIDI region should contain the phrase of the key you dragged from, with the last detected chord, considering the Play Range and Busyness setting but not the Velocity setting. If you keep having this issue please contact support directly www.ujam.com/contact-us Thank you! 🙏🏼
I don't understand, how did you drag and drop multiple midi chords all at once? I usually trigger a chord and the drag the midi out, but you dragged all four chords out at once, how did you do that?
You can only drag one chord/phrase at a time. But you can use the midi out feature to record the midi onto on another track in your DAW, that way you can grab the midi of mulitple chords. 🎹 🎶
@@ujamInstruments so I know there is a midi out on ableton, so you’re saying if i put the chords on the virtual pianist track 5 and have it do midi out to keyscape on track 6, if I drag midi from virtual pianist to track 6 with the chords from the track 5 highlighted, it will drag out all of those highlighted chords? Sorry, it’s hard to follow along since I’m new at producing.
No, what I meant is that you can record all Midi Data coming from VP onto a midi track and this way you get all the Midi, no need to Drag one chord at a time. Here's how to do this in Ableton: help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/209070189-Accessing-the-MIDI-output-of-a-VST-plug-in
Thanks for asking! It doesn't support NKS yet but we are continuously striving to enhance compatibility in the near future. As for creating your own styles, while it doesn't have that specific feature like onemotion chord player website, it offers a wide range of customization options, allowing you to tweak and tailor your sounds to fit your unique style and preferences. 🎹 🎶
@@ujamInstruments are you able to change where the triggers are? I know they are from C1 to B1, but I use scaler 2 to play chords into the virtual pianist, and many of the chords have bass notes in the first octave, and when I play them, it interferes with the triggers. So is it possible to switch the triggers down one octave down to C0-B0? I tried to search online but I couldn’t find the answer.
Integrating an AI phrase generator into virtual pianist VSTs could significantly enhance music production, offering composers and producers a tool to generate complex, expressive musical phrases with ease.
Integrating AI technology into Virtual Pianist could indeed revolutionize music production by providing composers and producers with a powerful tool to generate musical phrases effortlessly. Thanks for your suggestion! 🎹 🎶
I have Vogue and Vibe already, I will defo buy Score.... but do you maybe have a tutorial or a way to, say, record via midi a song or something like that? I know that you can drag the midis directly from the vst to other midi tracks, but is there a way to record the midis? maybe for example using the send to another midi track and recording it on the track where the midi is sent?
Great that you enjoy using our VP series! The VP series has Direct MIDI Out and it allows Virtual Pianist as a software instrument plugin to send MIDI data to other plugin tracks or external devices. The exact workflow is a bit different in each DAW, so please refer to your DAW's user manual to learn more about MIDI routing. Thank you! 💕
It's great to hear that you're enjoying VIBE! Your feedback about having more specific categories for R&B, soul, and pop sounds is valuable. We will take this into consideration for future improvements. Thank you! 🙏🏼
