I think they already new, all of them. The guy is an actor and trains there consistently, everybody knows him, everybody knows he is a comedian and does this skit and everybody knows he’s not Brazilian.

@@marcomonaldi9058 nah, Eddie has said in the past that he did this to new students. So some of them are in on it, but some of them had no idea. You see it in the full clip when he goes around with the camera telling them its a prank.

Rhasaan can now be found acting on Eddie Bravo's youtube channel. Orange acts as a Brazilian man with broken English named "Renato Laranja". Renato is a Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt and a 27-time Mundial champion. In reality, Rhasaan is a BJJ brown belt under Bravo and the "Renato Saga" is just an inside joke that turned into a hit with Bravo's channel subscribers. Many of Bravo's subscribers are unaware that Renato Laranja is a fictional character

meanwhile what makes it unique in capoeria is that ur eyes never come off ur opponent, so u are looking at him even between ur legs. in capoeira the kick has way more control and speed and power in my opinion since ur center of gravity is low and one arms is supporting u, that is why the crazy ko guy was able to spin twice real fast, the only thing u give up is ur position because u have to drop lower and u use more energy in doing it.

Eddie there is a difference between the taekwondo spinning hook kick and what is called "mei a lua de compass" in capoeira. I have done taekwondo for years and capoeria for like 2 years. the spinning hook kick in taekwondo while you are spinning u bring ur leg up and bend ur knees and extend at the very end for maximum speed and ko power, u stay standing on one foot all this time. in the mei a lua u actuall spin while falling down and supporting ur self on one of ur hands, and ur leg is straight

@MarcRodriguezMMA His students being surprised is part of the joke too. Do you notice how the cameral instantly flashes to their faces, without any panning motion? That means that at least two cameras are linked in synchonization to a cetral recording unit, which would definitely not be the case if it was truly filmed wiht a "spycam" as they call it. The student responses are part of the act, you can tell it by the fake looks on their faces anyway.

meathead is learning at such a fast pace, he loves the training/fighting, hes married w 3 or 4 kids, hes motivated to pay all those bills, I cant imagine his food bill w how much meathead eats and licks his fingers all the time! I mean he is 281 and gradually loses the weight - - fights at around 255-260 I belive he has a lot of talent, natural athleticism and tools and kongo will be snooring in under 5 minutes war meathead then he will fight winner of mir/nog II
