Masters Chaos Draft || Friday Night Paper Fight 2022-06-03 

Hi, I'm really stoked to see you finally draft this. Seeing what the price of packs has done in the intervening four years, this box has aged like a fine wine. Thank you so much for taking the time to run my suggestion of cinematic mode, I hope you all enjoyed this daft as I enjoyed picking out the packs. Sadly, I've since been informed that I was breaking customs laws with my yearly parcels to Cam and Ian christmas, which this was a tag-on for, so my yearly whiskey donations had to come from within Canada these last couple years, which means I sort of discontinued the Chairman's parcels as a consequence. It was fun while it lasted. I'll miss my man Fitzpatrick...

I love how the LRR crew are slowly getting their own catchphrases. Cameron: "Huh?" Nelson: "Also here". Wheeler: "thankyouforhavingmeitsgreattobehere" Was half expecting Adam to say "What's up pogchamps" 😂

Currently eating tuna fish but favorite would have to be fried chicken. Used to be pork belly kimchi but my favorite sandwich place never opened up again after March 2020. And since this is for the algorithm gods: Fortnite, make-up tutorial, slime recipe, asmr, uhh I haven’t seen what’s trending in many years.

I really love the way Nelson articulates the game state, to make sure every player completely understands all of the things that are affecting the game.

The talk of trading cards during the draft made me think what if Drafts were like a White Elephant. It would take FOREVER! But being able to steal a card from someone. Wow.

Phyrexian Obliterator was the spicy card that i was the only one that had it in my friend group. It's probably the card that got me to really stick with magic rather than just move on to something else as a hobby.

Adam Ben and James are probably the funniest trio for these Adam is just so comfortable to say whatever comes to mind around those two James and Ben just unload on the comedy that comes from it Cutting to the Wide Angle as Adam was dying was the right mo(w)ve too

To answe adam, assuming the tumble magnet can generate a massive magnetic field directing you towards the closest celestial body at a distance it would still work even if you dont wear any metal. We attribute the magnetism of metals because they are generally conductive to the electric field which also means they get charged as a magnet too amplifying and directing the effect, it does not mean that non "magnetic" things can not be affected by magnetism. I cant find it right now but there was a video on veritasium where a non magnetic object was slowed down by magnets as it fell and at high enough gauss you can have an adverse effect on the biologoy of something. Also look up hardware disease if you wanna see a funny application for magnets.

Sundried tomato turkey slices. They are a sometimes treat because the stuff isn't cheap, which makes them taste all the better!

Favorite sandwich is a Reuben, which I guess makes my favorite sandwich meat either corned beef or pastrami.

Honestly, resteraunts in my area have started adding Havgis to everything, I had it in a burrito, and a burger, so now I think I'd add it to any sandwich-adjacent items.

Definitely lamb for sandwiches pastrami with different Italian meats is close second.

my fave sandwich is actually roast beef funnily enough, with a sprinkle of salt and pepper

I lived in Victoria when I was a kid (like, almost 30 years ago now) and I know there was an Arby’s and Burger King back then. I remember Arby’s because of the kids meals came with a “Mr Men” book and toy and Burger King had those burgers that split up into a whole bunch of tiny burgers.

I love dominaria, it's the set that got me into the game.

1:15:47 bit of a nitpick, but Ickspitter doesn’t actually trigger bloodthirst there unless it attacks. Ickspitter specifically says it “deals 1 damage to target creature and its controller loses 1 life.” Loss of life is not damage. It had a clear attack, so it didn’t end up mattering, but bloodthirst only triggers on damage.

I know James gets a lot of love for his well groomed hair/beard but just gotta say Nelly is looking Sharp as hell, good looking brother

First pick roast beef, hope to pickup a good jalapeno cheese but the real power of roast beef is how well it combos with most cheeses. A reuben is such a good sandwich but trying to pickup all the pieces makes it only viable in constructed formats like going to your local diner

Montreal Smoked Meat or Corned Beef. Also honestly like a good bologna added to a grilled cheese sandwich.

Small thing, in Cam and Wheelers second game, Bloodthirst triggers off damage dealt to players, the Ick Spitter causes loss of life not damage. I don't think it would've affected the outcome of the game but wheeler would've been on about 5 more life
