Since Motu Classic are wwwwway too expensive to collect, for me anyways I don't care if they had one quick camo in the Revelations series I say bring them on the original looking Motu!! I just recently bought Spikor an next on my Must Have list is Stinkor, Scareglow, Fisto & Man at Arms, !!
Thanks for watching and sharing your Revelation pick ups! Yes classics are great! But like you said they are way to expensive now on the secondary market. I feel the same way with the limited screen time many of the revalation characters had in the show! I still think the revalation figure line is really cool and I to look forward to more figures to come! Stinkor, Fisto, scarglow and Man at arms are also must haves!👍
I really wonder why people allways make a point about swapping heads between different lines. Which guy in his right mind would ever swap Classics heads with Revelations heads , or Origins with Revelations or something , put them on the shelve like that , and saying like : "well...this looks WAY better. " The heads ar allways different aesthetics , wrong sized , with mostly even the wrong peg . Really don't get it.
You would be surprised how many people like doing that! I have gotten comments in past videos of figures that I had to compare and did not mix and match parts. They were kind of upset. To be honest I don't mind doing that for my channel but would rather not. And I agree with you. I never change parts out like that with any of my figures. But lots of people do or want to know if you can. So its fun and interesting to see that. Were all different, the same way there can be multiple youtube channels doing reviews with the same figure. We have different style or story to tell with our reviews. Thanks for your comments.
.... because it's fun. They don't have to work or look right. As a kid I would mix anything and everything and let my imagination go wild. Why stop now?
@@wasabi-in-my-eye3134 exactly! I myself don't mix and match parts aside for the reviews, but its great these figures can do this and I do like seeing custom figures made up thanks to easy parts sharing. Or even if you have to modify a bit.

@@3xl382 That's right lol. Maybe some paint applications could be a little better but for 20 bucks I won't complain. Overall its a very nice quality and it's not becoming impossible to collect with all the amount of figures they are releasing like Origins. 4 or 5 figures per month is very doable.
I didn't like the Revelations Netflix series and I haven't liked all the figures but there's some like this one that look great. This is one I'm definitely gonna get.
Thats good to hear. Alot people including myself had issues with the Netflix series or direction the story went. It was bad writing, but I don't blame the toys. I m really liking them! Spikor is a must have and one of the best revalation figures done yet. So if your in the market for some new motu stuff that can go along with the classics or just look cool! Go for it when you can find one in stores or just ebay as a last resort.👍
I’m with ya on the disappointment of the Revelation cartoon. I too am surprised Spikor was chosen over say Trap Jaw or Tri Klops or even Mer Man as all of them were featured more. They also are quite a bit more popular. I wonder if because Moss Man and Spikor haven’t been done in Origins yet they chose these to get some variety out there. Great review.
Dont worry there coming in the Revalation line up as long as the line survives. I did see them on the figure list for later in the year. And the reason you have mentioned on why they choose these characters first could be why there out first than before trap jaws and tri-clops. To mix it up from the origins line.
Awesome pick up man! He is by far my favorite figure still in the revalation line. Next year they annouced clawful, whiplash and many others from the show. I am looking forward to those guys👍
Great to hear! I think the revalation figures are great! They are a mix of the classics and 200x lines. Many people are also hesitant because of the dissapointment with the show. But just because the show made bad writing desicions, dosent mean we can't collect or enjoy the toys👍
@@Themanchlid I agree if you like the figures. I say buy them. Everyone hates Revelations but honestly I didn't hate it. There was somethings I didn't care for but it is a mini series 5 parts. So there's time to make things right with part 2. Kevin Smith was trying to do something different and sadly it failed with a lot of fans. I personally didn't take it that hard as some people. Been a huge Motu fan since I was 7yrs old or so. My favorite cartoon and toyline. And still no hate for Revelations.
@@residentvania7733 Exactly! I don't hate the cartoon. I didn't like certain writing decisions in it. I think they were done to early in the show. Kevin Smith did lie and then called his fans baby idiots when challaged! People also have to understand that if we want More motu toys then there has to be a show today to support the line. That's how it works! So bring on more Masters of the universe revelation content and toys👍💯

I appreciate you want to check out my older Motu videos..I don't like my older videos. I wasent as experienced as I become in the last few months and videos back. I had no mic, poor editing and they were to long. To where I now know how to jump cut and piece together stuff better so I get to the point better. But thats just me. I recently have became a big fan of Mattel. I think they do a great job making characters quickly moving the line along and the boxes look so much better with the full artwork and not all the jumbled-up multi-language warnings.
Congrats on your new found interest on the newer masters of the univese figures. I really enjoy all the newer lines and very passionate about collecting all these figures. I didn't like them at first. Just the classics and origins. But after having them in hand, I am collecting all of them as well as trying to review and share all the details with other people who are considering collecting this line.
That exact spiked mace weapon comes with the John Cena/Faker Masters of the WWE figure. I definitely remember it but had forgotten which MOTU figure it originally came with
I don't collect the motu WWE, They are interesting. That probley makes sence about multiple figures sharing idenical weapons between the motu WWE, ORIGINS and REVALATIONS figures. Mattel did the same thing in classics. If it saves them tooling money then there ahead! I notice The WWE and ORIGINS are real heavy on parts sharing!
Thanks exactly how he came out of the box! The club greyskull figures from super7 had legs and arms that were more accurate to the filmation cartoon and had alot of quality control issues like to shiny of paint and things like that!

@@OverlordProductions If the line continúes, im sure blast attack will show up! But he will be a whole new tooled figure and that's very expensive for mattel because of his complicated action features. Will more then likely be a deluxe package figure!
@@RadicalToys oh Canadá is a little difficult with some of these origins from other comments I have recieved. But yet there was certain waves that reached there and not in the USA. we live in strange times with trying to collect toys.
There has not been any annoucment for an origins spikor. If the origins line survives long enough im sure there will be a spikor in the line at some point. Maybe at best sometime next year.
Great video. After seeing your other Spikor versions from Super7 and MOTU Classics, I think this one is pretty decent, and for the price, definitely a must-buy if you don't want to spend a lot of money for one of the other ones...
Yes definitly a great remake of spikor. I love the classics and own the complete collection but invested alot of money to get them and there even twice as much on the secondary markets now. So if you wanted a new versión of spikor but with the classics look and feel, This one is perfect and will be found at mass retail or easier to get online and more affordable. @@geewunder1171 very posible! Just think positive! Mattel loses the master toy license in 2023 to universal. But they could just end the lines or mattel could keep making motu figures and pay royalties now to universal. Or other toy companies can come in and do what they pitch to universal and make there own motu stuff if universal agree.

@@baochaochao379 Go watch spector creative channel. He worked on the classics line for mattel for over 10 years. He has made many videos explaining this. Universal own certain rights to the masters of the universe lines. Mattel has to pay royalties to produce certain names or figures in 2023 to universal from what I read.
