I really liked this! I love using the foam roller for abs and appreciated the emphasis on strengthening. I have a tendency towards lumbar lordosis, causing me to slump into my abs, which I think contributes to more of a pooching or bloating there. Are there any other of your workouts that you would recommend for me?
I’m a 3 time scoliosis surgery patient w/ no metal, & this is so helpful! I just started Pilates with a trainer, & I needed reminders of my exercises. Thx!
