On regular MG he does ask the male contestants if they're married sometimes. He is interested in the attractive females more though, which I don't blame him, I would be too.

At the end describing the gifts, it says that starburst had orange,strawberry,lemon, lime, I thought the fourth flavor was always cherry,but then I wasn't old enough to eat starburst when these shows aired lol
I was 7 or 8 depending on when this was taped and I remember the white packaging of Starburst and lime flavor! It tasted great and remember when the packaging changed to yellow and cherry came along.
This game wasn't always played fairly. They are supposed to try and match, but to get a laugh, they come up with funny answers they know the contestants aren't going to say. Plus they look at each others answers, and Brett, with her big mouth, gives away the fact that there won't be a match.
no kidding!! Brett's about the only one who DOES know how to play the game! Although, I'll admit, saint Richard, even though he gives his STUPID explanations every time he's wrong just to get a laugh so he won't have to apologize; in the actual game, he's usually gives sensible answers. Everyone else has always gone for laughs rather than play to win (especially that #1 numskull, Patti Deutsch)
Nope, cherry was added later when the packaging changed to the yellow and lime was replaced. I remember that growing up in the 80s. That lime actually tasted great.

The answer he was waiting for was "Toilet" because that seemed to fit the question better. I don't think he was angry, just a little surprised that no one gave that as the answer - and so was I.

I Love it,, I am watching your Channel, while Match Game is on my TV on Mute. So sick of the same episode's over and over. I can tell you where they are from before they do. So tired of that Contestant with the HairPiece Piled on her head with those Sausage, layered curls. Enough of GSN with the Consistent Reruns so close together.
