Guys, here's the thing. The more technical is the sport, the harder it is to enjoy it if you don't know what the fuck they are doing or trying to do. Grappling is one of the most technical sports there is, so it's normal to not enjoy a match of this level if you are a blue belt.
These guys are amazing at jiu Jitsu there's no doubt about it , I'd like to seek them both work on their wrestling in the near future . Took Ty way too long to realize he can just blast double the takedown off poor posture
Great potential for a fight, but both a bit gunshy. Can't blame them. One mistake and it's over. Shit, not even a mistake. Just being a second behind at this level and it's over. In matches that will go to the judges, BE ON TOP!
Jiu Jitsu use to be so much more sick. This whole leg attack no gi wave has neutered bjj to an almost unwatchable level by even most grappling enthusiasts. The sport is in a bad place.
he didn't win.... he was playing guard retention the whole time and attempted 2 measley subs whereas Tye was the aggresor, took him down, attempted a sub of his own, and nearly had Chen's back. Everyone dik riding Chen are just B-Team fans.
