Fished here for the 3rd time yesterday fished Lark gad 99lb 14oz on pellet feeder. Im not a pole man myself but I love to challenge myself and I had my pb few weeks ago just to the left of you on peg 14 again on pellet and wafter fishing up to the stone bar around 13m. Cracking venue with very helpful owner. I been told feeder fishing the method on Buzzard. Great weight that is Matt well done. 👏
Another good video matt. That weight of fish is crazy well done. How many keepnets do you use for that weight. Do you weight them every half hour? Also I've always wondered where do you put them back without upsetting the swim ? Regards Martin
@@MattyDawesFishing wow that's good going 8 nets . Thanks you always get back to when ever I ask you a question. Just one other question because I'm very limited to go fishing these days (kids) I tend to have 2 or 3 rods set up and I hang them I the dark garage. What float line do you use for general float fishing as I've always had maxima in the past 3 or 4lb maximum on the float for roach bream trench and carp in to 15lb. I've recently got some horizon matrix line 6lb as it's still only 18mm but I've only used them twice this year and the line seems very brittle and breaks quite easily so. So I feel like I've got to put on some new line already so what make of line and size? That's if you do much float fishing on the rod?
What elastic do you tend to use? All my top kits have dura hollow in and I don’t tend to lose any but the stretch is too much sometimes and they go all over the place, you look really in control of them 🎣
Sorry, not impressed. Not surprised massive weights caught on these sort of complex's. They are over-stocked and you cant fail. Put these anglers on flowing waters with rod and reel many would be buggered and struggle to catch. Commercial fishing don't float my boat, sorry.
