That's awesome man! I haven't run a team, so I can't give you exact details, but I would focus on finding an adult (or multiple) that can run logistics for the team (payments, etc.) Because there is a lot small stuff to do. Other than that, getting boat captains is really important. Feel free to message me if you have any specific questions.
