베이킹할 땐 오븐에 구운 후에도 색이 유지되도록 클로렐라가 소량 포함된 제품을 사용하지만, 음료용으로는 클로렐라가 들어가지 않은 제품을 주로 구매합니다. (오설록 말차 혹은 녹차 파우더를 애용합니다.) 제 답변이 노란계른자 님께 도움되었기를 바랍니다 ! 감사합니다 😊

I'm very happy that you made cookies with my recipe 🥰 The causes of cream cheese cracking can vary. Cream cheese may crack if it is not at room temperature before use, or if it is not mixed enough when mixed with sugar. Otherwise, cream cheese may originally be a product with a less soft texture. I used Philadelphia cream cheese at room temperature, which was very soft and easy to spread. And I didn't bake cookies in the top floor of the oven. Please understand that the causes are so diverse that I don't think I can answer them clearly. And if you want a stronger taste of matcha, I recommend you to increase the weight of matcha powder and reduce the weight of all purpose flour by the same weight. 보다 바삭한 식감을 위해 차가운 버터를 다져서 쿠키를 만들었습니다. 구운 후에 식감 차이만 있을 뿐입니다. 푸드 프로세서 없이 차가운 버터를 스크래퍼로 잘라가며 만드는 방법도 있지만, 꼭 그렇게 하셔야 하는 건 아닙니다. 예지트님께서 사용하신 방법처럼 버터를 크림화하여 만들어주시는 것도 좋은 방법인 것 같습니다. 실제로 저도 버터를 크림화하는 방식으로 쿠키를 자주 만듭니다. 제 영상에 관심 가져주셔서 제가 더 감사드립니다 ! 🙆‍♀️💖
