This demonstrates that true music is still thriving. Matchbox 20 was incredible in the 90s, and they are even better today. The genuine passion and energy that Rob exhibits is something missing in today's music. Keep on jamming!
I'm so glad you were born because life would suck if you were not here doing all the things you do so damn good you don't need to get back to good you never left I hope someday I can get back to good 😊❤
My favorite band and the most underrated band ever! Saying a lot coming from one who grew up on Classic Rock. These guys definitely rate up there amongst the best!
Saw them in Ohio on the 13th. It was everything I always imagined it would be. I laughed, I danced like no one was watching and cried tears that I had been holding on to for years. They are the soundtrack to my adult life. The good, the bad and all the in between. Just like he sang "all my friends are here"
I broke my foot really bad last year and it hurts if I'm on it for to long so I stayed off it the day of this concert and it worked I walked in without limping I stood the hole time I only had 2or3 beers and the best part It was my first concert that I was not high and I love it 🎉❤ thank you
Salt Lake City... What a show!! I had stumbled upon the MB20 London iTunes concert on RU-vid from a number of years ago and had watched it 300 times before deciding I needed to see them even if it meant driving 750 miles in one weekend to do it. Maybe the best concert I've ever seen. 5th row center stage, living like a point-one percenter for an evening with 20 fans in front of us and 30,000 behind us!
one more thing there was a girl next to me who really loves you at the top of her voice she was I love you rob I thought I love him too but he couldn't possibly hear me from where we are standing 😊 so I love you rob 💋
Ok...you are either a videographer for the band or you just have a really steady hand! (and had great seats) That was the best MB20 concert I have seen on YT.
That is such a HUGE compliment, thank you! We do use a phone grip that helps with comfort but still need sturdy hands unless people walk in the aisle and distract lol...we did have pretty amazing seats though!
@@meetthemeekers We saw them in Denver on 6/6 with our oldest son who lives in Boulder. We bought him the tickets in February 2020 before Covid...bday present for concert and a visit from Mom & Dad. Gonna see them in Tampa (our hometown) on 7/8 /23 with our other two sons. They all grew up on Matchbox Twenty, so appreciate good music!
@@robbied9611 Same, I am in my early 40s and started loving them in my high school years. It was good to hear so many classics. They were really amazing! We are also doing 3 doors down in a month and plan on doing a video there as well!
Thanks so much for this. I missed out on tickets in Melbourne as I need accessible tickets 😢 and there are none left. This is the closest I will get to seeing the concert live. I have been a fan my whole life and their songs got me through depression.
Sorry to hear about not being able to go to the show, its amazing how music can touch you in such a way its healing. I hope our video brought you some comfort!
I have been in bed since the 5 of this month because I had to put my dog down it's crazy you don't know how much you really loved something until it's gone I'm feeling the heat ❤ and it's not good
no one can undo what God has put together no matter how far apart time takes you from the one feeling 💝 you can't replace and you think that there is something wrong with you because nothing makes you happy not money not the love of a good person not family and God knows you tryed to let it go and out of nowhere you get that feeling that you are missing that feeling you got from a girl a long time ago at least that has been my life I know someday if God willen we will be together again
I was born in 1984,1990 I was born in Dr Dominican Republic and 1990,2020 I was raised in Boston m.a/Haverhill Massachusetts and then I moved 1998,till now I finished getting raised at Port st Lucie,Florida USA 🇺🇸
I would never go to a concert at a casino again, one thing that's annoying is that the setlists are much shorter than a regular venue. All about getting you in and then right back out to the casino floor.
Easily. Still have one free hand to put in the air, a mouth to sing along and a booty to shake 😂 We know not everyone can afford to do these things, so we risk it for others, as long as we are able to. We still have a blast everywhere we go.
I actually seen most concerts seemed to have a bit of a different set then ours, i think it's because the place we had it in was as they said the smallest venue they were doing, so they probably switched it up some based on the smaller crowd
Why do fans feel the need to sing along. Go to karaoke if you want to sing and not at a concert where others are paying to hear the actual performers sing?
@@brianlengyel8609 and I don't want to be surrounded by people being quiet. And if I were a performer, I'd be be turned off by quiet people. Singing along is what makes going to shows fun.
@@meetthemeekers when the band asks for the sing along, absolutely no problem. When some clown wants to scream the lyrics to each and every song, they are being an obnoxious self centered idiot that didn’t get enough attention as a kid.
