I feel the exact same! I am finishing OB now and going into my final semester next month. I have shared with my classmates, my friends prepping for the NCLEX, and all my professors! Professor D you are my favorite and I love your channel! I live in Miami, will you have any live seminars I can attend? In my head we are already friends🤣 Thank you for doing what you do-especially for just being you! I love it!
Last semester (Adult Nursing II) I made my highest score on HESI! I give you the credit you helped me learn how to not overthink and rationalize the answers! I am grateful for the way you teach!!
I have an OB exam tomorrow and this is really helping! I have to score pretty high to pass the class but I believe I can do it. These videos are really helping! Y’all just say a prayer for me
I absolutely love the way you teach professor D. ...which includes your explanations, getting mad, rolling your eyes and reprimanding.. You make me THINK CRITICALLY which is exactly what I need. You did an awesome job explaining the questions and rationals.....keep making more videos in all nursing topics. It is very hard to find good questions with thorough rationals that aren't "computer robotic type" that I have found on RU-vid.
Thank you soo much with school now mostly being virtual i was barely understanding anything. But your videos helped me improve greatly in school. Your the best and I’m a huge fan.

For celiac disease and nutrition teaching points, use the acronym BROW to remember what foods they should avoid! B- barley R- rye O - oats W - wheat For remembering what the FHR decels mean, use the acronym VEAL CHOP V- variable decels -- > C- cord compression E- early decels -- > H- head compression A- accelerations -- > O- ok! That hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism always get me, I could never easily tell them apart especially when it is a SATA. Thanks for explaining the difference.
Thank you Professor D! Your videos are very helpful to me. I have suggested you to some of my classmate and we learned so much in 30 just mins of listening to you explaining the rationales in each answer. Kuddos to you.!
at 9:55-10:00: it says to put the mother on the on the left side. I have another answer in mind: the questions ask what the initial action is when there are VARIABLE decelerations. Here was my thought process: variable decelerations means CORD COMPRESSION : therefore, yes, we select c)reposiiton the client.... in the video it mentions to repositions the client on the LEFT side but because this is cord compression, I feel the most appropriate way to reposiiton client is on the Tredenleburg posiiton or knee-to-chest position, not necessarily the left side, to relieve the pressure off the umbilical cord... cuz there is cord compression, shown by the variable decels. Thanks, those were my thoughts. Btw i LOVEEE ur videoss :)
maternal videos friday graduation in 4 weeks I have sent your video to all my fellow students because you are the best....!!!! Also preparing for NCLEX....
