Hey all, I know this isn't the most exciting topic in the world, but it definitely deserves its own lesson. Good news, though: expect a video every day this week (Monday-Friday) since this lesson has a few bonus videos to go with it.
That Modulus division was diffciult for me to grasp. However the final description of elementary divison really helped. I can see its potential in programming. We will see if I really understand it in the lab.
Went over this lesson a second time to review Modulus. I understand it much better this time.I noticed that all of your examples used integers to be divided. Becuase of this I thought modulus was only for integer division. However I ran 11.5%5 in interactive mode and received the answer 1.5. which showed me that modulus works with floats or integers.
That’s correct, I haven’t played Minecraft in years and I don’t have the time nor the interest to learn Spigot. Bukkit and Minecraft inspired me to start coding six years ago, but I’ve moved on since then. I wish you the best of luck in learning, and Minecraft is a great place to start!
@@NoahRubinCoding Thanks! Your bukkit tutorials have always been nice and they got me started coding so I want to thank you for that, good luck and keep up the good work with youtube
