Including his bodyweight he’s pushing up around 640’s lbs….. Doping or not it’s beyond surreal. He is a solid 215 lbs which is obviously well above average but i expected that type of strength to come from someone much bigger not that the man is small by any means.
@@TheAnarchist99 I would of expected him to press at least 500 lbs on the bench but it's not 200kg isn't amazing. His upper body strengh is off any strength charts...
@@marlon1171 I mean he doesn't even train bench press specifically though. That's like expecting a crazy squat PR from someone who only ever trains leg presses but not barbell squat
@@marlon1171 He literally got all that strength from dips and pull ups nothing else. When he tried benching for the first time he got 200kg, so imagine if he focused more on bench
It helps that he does the competition version dips with super little range of motion where there is no stretching of the chest/shoulders. He couldn't lift this much with a regular dip.
@@DanielWeyers Of course, but not all over your back to prick your eyes while watching. Especially if someone does sports and has a full back of acne, then you should not suspect steroids but the excess of a healthy life. See what the first and foremost sign is when steroids are being abused. Believe what you want, but I'm sure his hair will become sparse in the next year or two.
1) Химик 2) Жим лежа 200 кг и при этом брусья 190 - очевидно что в брусьях этот вес делается в частичную амплитуду. В чем прикол таких наклонов - непонятно. К примеру я делал брусья 115 без такого читинга в виде наклоне как у него, а мой жим 145 кг. У других атлетов с чистой техникой +- такие же соотношения. Шреддер жал 165, а брусья делал 130 кг. Короче этот залитый химик чисто на публику играет

Спецом для таких людей он в инсте делал наиглубочайшее отжимание с 150кг. Это феноменальный результат. Ещё, наверное, даже более крутой, чем 190 в соревновательной технике

I knew it was gunna be some dumb shyt form like this. Ppl dont understand that ballistic reps are actually very easy and not good for the body. He's also not even dipping his body. He's just lowering his head and upper shoulder down and recoiling back up.
@@carlcarlssen4299 He starts from locked elbow, goes a bit under 90 with upper and lower arm then goes up locking again. Clearly sufficient. Also one can clearly see the dip of the body if just follow the level of his belt compared to the bars. Not seeing it doesn't make you gay just blind. Furthermore leaning forward while dipping doesn't make it easier just different (maybe easier for you), since you have to move the same mass anyways but with a bit different muscle groups. It is true that it puts much more stresses to the shoulder but given this is most likely not his first dip I suspect his shoulder just tolerating it fine. On the side views we can see that he doesn't arches his back and the shoulders are not protracted, which is good again. And lastly not pausing at the bottom is not a requirement for a dip. You can do it for maximum gains but thinking that you can just "recoil" with 100kg+ let alone with 190kg is clearly makes you not knowing what you're talking about.
Todays young generation just cheats anyway they can. Men arent men anymore. HE doesnt dip properly. You cant see it cause youre probably gen Z or millenial. his upper body erects before his arm lock out. Its like when people do a bunch of pushups keeping most of their body mass very close to the ground and elevating with only their head and upper body as they forcibly lock their elbows, resulting in what i call "shit form". @@aelfwine88
