I have a new V3 31 in stone, left hand model. I have the side mount rear stabilizer, mounted on the right side. The entire stabilizer will move up and down freely and will not tighten on the right side. Is this normal? I've scuffed the finish a bit trying to tighten it down. That did not make me happy.
@@theworldreviewed8527 it doesn’t fit. I just got back from the archery shop where I tried to install my rest on the new V3. It wouldn’t fit by a quarter inch. Good news, my vertix is still awesome.
@@jethro450 thanks for the update. I have my vapor trail on my creed xs which almost didn't fit so I didnt think it would. Sounds like a some limb driven may have issues on this bow.
Just picked up my new v3 31” and my qad ultra rest hdx is maxed out and has just the slightest right hand tear yet. Still shoots great and im stacking arrows better than i ever have.
Unfortunately the Vaportrail Gen7 will not fit. Spoke with Vapirtrail today, and they are working on a version that will. Will buy the new version as soon as they make available. Until then QAD.

@@rsmith6389 basically.... cable driven rests actuate faster, meaning they drop the arm quicker which equals less time supporting the arrow's shaft. Limb driven rests stay in contact longer potentially increasing accuracy. It is always a personal choice. I believe there is a reason why most professionals archers choose limb driven.
I just bought the 31 this past March. Smoothest most stable bow I’ve ever shot in my life! But the riser is VERY long! I kind of regret not getting the 27. Still an amazing bow though! BEST IVE EVER SHOT!!
