Matka Gosht Written Recipe : Ingredients: Chicken Leg boti 1 Kg Garlic Chopped 2 tbsp Ginger Chopped 2 tbsp Onion (large) 2 Whole spices 3 tbsp Mustard oil 1 cup Salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric 1 tbsp Coriander powder 2 tbsp Cumin powder 2 tbsp Talhar Chili Paste 4 tbsp Whole green chilies 6-8 Yogurt 250 gm Method: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well and put them in a clay pot. Seal with dough. Cook on medium heat for 40 minutes and serve. Masaladar Aalu ki Qatli Written Recipe : Ingredients: Potato sliced 1/2 kg Salt 1 teaspoon green chillies (whole) 6 Mustard oil 1 cup whole dried red chilies 6-8 long Cumin 2 tablespoons Green chilli sliced 4 Garlic Chopped 2 tablespoons Onion sliced (large) 1 Skimmed chopped tomatoes 3 Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp Coriander Chopped 4 tbsp Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion for 5 minutes. Add potato, cumin, red pepper, and garlic, and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, and sliced green chilies and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
