@asdrew w The video was filmed at the Premiere Rencontre Matra at the CERAM test track at Mortefontaine, France, on 27 September, 1997. The car was driven by Henri Pescarolo. It can be seen at the Espace Automobiles Matra at Romorantin, France. And, yes, it still runs!
Quite possibly the best sounding engine in history indeed. Just absolutely musical, perfect. Some engnies spin too quickly and sound too high pitched, this is just perfect.
