Hi, I came over from Mary's Nest's YT post... these look delish and just wanted to say your blog post link and your printable recipe links take you to a 404 error page, I had to use the search bar to find your post. Thanks so much for this recipe!
I'm so happy you're posting videos again, Michelle. I have a big jar of potpourri made up.😊❤️🎄And I'm getting ready to make laundry detergent soon. These rolls look amazing! I can't wait to try them! Do you ever do bread making classes for us locals? 🍞
Awww thank you, Paula. Your compliment will carry me through another filming day today. I'm so happy to hear you made the potpourri and are gong to make the laundry detergent, too. I have not done in-person classes since 2020, but will tuck that thought in the back of my mind. Thanks for asking! Michele

Thank you, Michele. These rolls look delicious, and your instructions are perfect. I'll be sure to watch the Bosch and Ankarsrum versions when they're available. Thanks again!
AMAZING video, I learned so much about baking in just 15 minutes....this is a "must watch" for everyone who has a stand mixer (I just got mine at a flea market last year and been petrified of using it) but no more, I'm going to make these today and try out the mixer!!! Thanks for inspiring me! One question for you.....I've made rolls by hand with various results, and some other tutorials I've watched they brushed the tops of the rolls with beaten egg...I noticed you didn't do that and they came out perfectly brown, what are your thoughts on using a beaten egg....is it necessary or just a waste of an egg?? Thank you!
Congrats on your bargain mixer find! I don't recommend using an egg wash on rolls / bread in general. It can darken too much and later it turns sticky. ~ Happy baking, Michele
Your back! Beautiful luscious looking rolls. I think I will cut the recipe in half and make some. I am only baking for 2 people. Happy cooking and baking, Debbie
Thank you for the welcome, Debbie! Half a recipe would be very nice for two. You can use an 8x8 or 9x9-inch pan. Here's a link to the recipe: chocolateboxcottage.tv/recipe-box/kitchenaid-soft-rolls/ 🌸Michele
