Reminders:
Make sure when performing the movement keep one's butt all the way in the seat to ensure there is no usage of leg drive as this would take the tension "work" off of the Triceps, and make sure at the bottom of the movement to squeeze one's Tricep, then on the way up "eccentric" to keep the movement controlled to really engage/feel it in one's Triceps (Also make sure not to slam the weights as this can damage the cables/machine).
