Reminders:
Make sure when setting up for the movement the back of one's knees are at the edge of the seat to get the best range of motion, another helpful tip is to is really to squeeze at the bottom of the movement of the Leg Curl and to make sure on the way back up to go slowly to really feel it in one's Hamstrings (Also make sure not to slam the weights as this can damage the cables/machine).
