0:52 I think the translation is "It's totally normal" instead of "It's not normal" because the way Matsuoka uses "zenzen" is different. And he says "futsu ja nai" not "futsu jya nai". The concept matches it too. I thought it was a bit weird so just in case people are wondering. Edit: I thought the way he said it was different but the tone was the one that was different. The video uploader just explained it in the replies so check that out ^^

Funny thing i always thought the same thing whenever i hear male seiyuus do that stuff and somehow its amazing that they cope with that. I really do respect seiyuus who can do this willingly cuz definitely of course they would laugh when recording but when they do it seriously it turns out really great. Also props to matsuoka for clarifying this now I cannot stop thinking about this XD

I’m glad it’s positive but I hope the BL world does become more LGBT friendly and educated on the topic. (Not speaking about them specifically just the genre) Recently there’s a lot more BL manga that acknowledges sexuality instead of treating it like a kink or something so I hope this continues❤️

1:09 similar to when TsuguTsugu's "zen zen futsuu janai" got pointed out in the other comment, he says "hontou no suki nan janai Ka", meaning "isn't (love that goes beyond gender) that just real love?" And not "is it really love". The nuances can be difficult with their use of tone but that fits their conversation a bit better too!

I love you so much tsugu2! he is really a passionate seiyuu. I even cried once by his work when I was listening to drama cd adaption of my favorite bl manga. sometimes I seen ppl trash talking him just bc he voiced a lot of harem protagonist character. so what? it's his job 😑. he is always been an amazing seiyuu in my eyes!!!

That's what I honestly love about BL. The BL community gets so much hate partly because those outside of it think that those who like it are treating it as a kink. But while there are those who do treat it as a kink, a lot of us just love it purely for what it is. There's something so charming about love that exceeds gender and I love BL for it. Mo Dao Zu Shi is a really good example of love that exceeds gender, it's really a beautiful story and I recommend it (it can be found as a novel, a donghua (chinese anime), a live action, and a cd drama). Love Tsugutsugu for his kind and wise words.
