Its a blues in e major, so the chords are E for four measures A for two E for two B7 for 1 A for 1 E for 1 and a half and the last half measure is B7. He does use a C#7 at times, but that's the basic layout and those are the four chords. He transitions between them by walking one fret at a time. The main riff is just an E major chord 4-5 4-5 on the a string and E major chord and 4-5 on the A string. I hope that helps a bit!
