I am, waiting for the Gas Class A without a bunk. But the Bounder is a very nice well-built RV, we own a non-bunk version 33C and that dinette is really, really comfortable to sit on and sleep on.
We ordered a Coachmen Encore 375RB at the Hershey show. Loved it then and I'm sure we will love it more in a few weeks when it gets delivered. My wife, however is beside herself that there is no skylight in the kitchen. That is what sealed the deal for us over the G5.
I am waiting for class c motorhomes to be on anything but an E350 or E450 or at least with a revamped cockpit. I cannot and do not want to drive across country in basically a 2010 Econoline cockpit. Even though the camper elements are very important; a modern, attractive driver's cab is just as important since I spend many hours in it when travelling the country. Until then, I prefer my late model super duty truck with my late model TT. Good videos as always Matt!!
Great list Matt. The Coachman is great since you first showed us the BOW (bunk, office wardrobe). The kitchen, bunk over cab & living area are very nice too. One thing I like is #2, having the curtains, rather than doors that close the bunks off. I think the doors on 3-5 would make those in the bunks feel closed in.
Nice units overall. The doors on some bunk areas need work. Either too flimsy or take up too much room. That is why I like the curtains. Since I would be traveling with my wife, kid, and cats there is lot of room for us and would not feel cramped. All I need is that whole money thing to afford a vacation home on wheels. 😁
The Tiffin Open Road 36UA should have been number one! That Coachman had fiberglass basement storage doors instead of aluminum. It had a small opening to the bunks. And it didn’t have a pantry.
Matt, the Bounder really blew us away with the game center across from the bunk beds- we've been set on the Thor Palazzio at 33 with Bunks in a Diesel Pusher but what Model does Fleetwood or Holiday Rambler make like this Bounder set-up with a Diesel ???
I have a 2021 Jayco Precept 36a and love the 2 full baths. I do however love the layout of the bounder better. But that's ok, I upgraded to a 4 point liquid springs setup and I'm not selling or trading it anytime soon!
Needing some best weekend class A bunkhouse motorhome with the most space to entertain. Only needing 1 bathroom, smallest kitchen, the least storage, ect. I’ve put in for a contact on your website 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything yet.
I think the Thor 34J should be number 1. Coachman doors on bunks suck and who needs 2 bathrooms. Seems excessive. Anyways I love 34J with outdoor kitchen.
Are there any rvs now without bunkbeds? Why can't they make counter space on both sides of the stove? All the Rvs are beautiful, they all have special features, too bad you couldn't pick from column A and column B to make a super RV. Probably couldn't afford it though. Lol
I conceptually hate the idea of a motor home without bunks even if you’re just a couple traveling and wouldn’t use them. I just don’t like that so much care could be put into the design, but only two people get to sleep comfortably.
How long does it take RV One to get back to someone about financing? We out a deposit on an RV yesterday after watching a ton of your reviews. Finance department is MIA now. We are giving up on RV life after this. 😭
Matt, how could your #2 pick have bunks that don’t flip up when that is the one thing that you hate and complain about most in a bunkhouse motor home🤔🤔🤔
