My field calls gun hits but you either have to pull out your side arm or go back to spawn so it’s kind of forgiving but everyone agrees ricochet hits are stupid
At my field gun hits don't count and we have to yell gun hit and we would have to unload it and clear the airsoft as if it got "jammed" then we can get back into the game
Literally the only reason I can't stand my field. The kicker is that the rule only exists so players don't use shields, and they could have just said "no shields" Pretty sure the hosts are missing something in the head tbh
That was really great and the end got better and better ... But when a hpa user or any other with lot of gear on his/hers back then it is hard to tell if you got shot.
I started getting into airsoft in middle school and stopped for a couple years. I’m glad to see that Matt is still doing airsoft videos for evoke! you could always tell that he is a good dude and he deserves to have a job he enjoys : ) I wish him the best of luck
Ive been to some events where some hits to gear dont count as youre wearing body armor which would have plates in real life but after so many hits youre still out
being new to this sport i hate how some dude over react when they shoot you and you dont feel it. dude shoot my arm ect dont shoot me were i have 4 mag and a vest and get all mad about it when the same s*** is happening to you. really put a lot of people off including myself from wanting to keep playing. dont get me wrong i meet a lot of cool people and its a fun sport. but can be really toxic
In my club gun hit's don't count in majority of ops we play, when they do, your not out but the gun goes down and must be "repaired" by your teams engineer. Ricochets straight up do not count.. ever. That is a gross rule.

Ok didn't think the video would go the way it did. I thought something on the lines of not wanting to get hit in the face by a m32 rotary grenade launcher with them 40 miles and a not close range shot but close enough.
I’m sorry but the gearhead is probably the stupidest one I’ve heard of. I thought all airsoft games went off the logic that a BB was the equivalent of a bullet. If you get hit in the gear you’re dead right? Especially since there’s no Kevlar an airsoft lol.
The field I worked at had no gun hits and ricochets. We did a no bang bang/surrender rule/it was optional, but our boss wanted us to do it. We really only did it for private parties/new players and young kids
I got a lucky shot hit last time I played. Was doing defense on attack and defend and felt something hit my back while I was looking out a hole in the wall of the fort. I never saw any enemies either
