I failed to think Matt would be at the wedding, and feel stupid for not imagining it. Brought a smile to see this video.

Matt's right about those 3 things. But i want to double down on the communication. My wife and i were the same religion when we got married. But over the years she had doubts grow and ended up leaving our church. Now at church people default assume we got divorced because of that, it happens all the time in our church when one person leaves the faith. It didn't happen to us. She talked with me the entire way through what she was going through. It brakes most marriages because the leaving the faith is a bombshell dropped in a marriage that you aren't on the same page and it's hard to reconcile that. But the thing is, you don't have to be on the same page as long as you know where each other is at in the book. Communication helps bridge the gap in pages. It helps you better support and understand your partner. It's really the key for a stable and strong marriage. Congrats again you two!

Everybody should be so lucky to have a Matt in their lives, I met my Matt in 1992 in preschool, his name was Eric, we were best friends for 28 years until he unexpectedly died of heart failure on labour day 2020, it sucks knowing I'll never have a friend like that again but I'm always going to be grateful for the time we got and for all the great times we had. Congrats guys!
