I am glad I found this lil clip, the Tardis looks brand new, but like you have pointed out, and I agree that it does look like the Hartnel Tardis, especially with the st John Ambulance logo on the right side door. I so can't wait for the up and coming stories with David, and I'm looking forward to seeing Matt's first story. I think Matt will fit in nicely.
While I share most others concerns of the new TARDIS design and Matt Smith playing the doctor, one of the fundimental parts of doctor who is Change. While I will be sad to see David go, I welcome a new actor into the role to try and spark new life into the series. Good luck to him!
loved the song - but it looks more and more like the old series, what a goody ......can't wait to see the new series i think we're going to be in for a treat - the companion is ever so sweet and pretty little thing - she looks great to.
I wish people would get over David Tennant, regeneration is part of doctor who. Matt Smith looks like he'll be brilliant. only hope the show gets to be as good as it once was with Steven Moffat at the helm.
Actually we don't know. When Julie Gardner asked him, all he did was lean in and whisper the answer in her ear. As far as I know, there was no confirmation either way.
@herogamer555 Rose, Martha and Donna had cameos in Lets Kill Hitler. But they can't keep referring to people from 3 years ago, it just makes things more confusing for casual fans.
I'm sure Matt Smith will be brilliant and Karen Gillan as well. I'm really looking for the next series after looking at all these pictures, BUT I don't like River Song =( I hoped that she wouldn't return...
@bilbobass88 so far it hasnt lived up to my expectations. i mean in the fourth season they pretty much got rid of everyone; Rose, Martha, Jack, Donna. so far none of their names have been even mentioned at all, whereas in the fourth season the writers even brought up Bad Wolf which David wasnt even there for.
Matt Smith is trying to go back to the old look of Doctor Who. And I'm not saying thats bad, thats pretty brilliant. But since it is DW every Doctor is supposed to progress and learn and get new style clothes and so on. But I will not judge Matt Smith yet until I see his performance.
just shows how little about the show these so called fans actually know. The new tardis model is virtually a replica of the original tardis prop, im especially impressed with the inclusion of the st.john's ambulence logo on one of the doors, just like the original. Karen and Matt already look like a fantastic team and shouldnt be dismissed as inferior to the former DT team, if anything the show is going back to how it should have been as i think during the last few years its become a parody.
All this arguing over whose the best doctor, tsk. Everyone has 'THEIR' doctor, no one is wrong or right its all based on the person you connect with the most as who the doctor is in that point in time. Stop comparing them. By the way, can anyone tell me where this song is from? I think I recognize it.
1:52-Nice legs. I'm reserving judgment until Matt Smith comes along for real on the screen. Then I'm sure people will fall in love with Doctor Who again. I would like to see an Asian femaile companion for the show. That's what is missing. And this will stroke my lust rocks.
Look! It's Mary Jane! Where's Spiderman! Lol sorry couldn't resist. The doctor keeps getting younger and younger and harder and harder to pull off an authority figure. Oh well, we shall see. One of these days he's going to either be 10 or get old again lol. I wonder if they'll really keep him to the limited regenerations....
