You just witnessed Pau’s ‘scream of destruction’. Pau was just recognized as the Rock Drummer of the Year 2023! Try the music video of ‘Choke’. The Warning are better live, but the music video gives you a chance for ‘close ups’ during the performance they do in the video. The vocal ability of Dany in Choke made me ask, how high can she go?

Thanks for coming back and giving The Warning another try. TBH, there is no wrong way to experience The Warning IMHO. You like EVOLVE? Perhaps give DISCIPLE, DULL KNIVES, or maybe ANIMOSITY from Teatro Metropolitan a try. Good hard rocking tune. There are other gems from that concert that are clearly influenced by other genres as well (AMOUR, 23, DUST to DUST) and a couple fantastic songs in their native Spanish--Narsicista and Martirio. Since you are seeming interested in continuing on The Warning path, I would suggest a three video series so you can see how far they have come. The Warning have a wonderful relationship with Metallica’s Enter Sandman. 1) They did a video cover in their basement when they were 14, 12, and 9 that their father uploaded to RU-vid for the grandparents to see. Start here. 2) Metallica invited Alessia Cara to participate in the Blacklist 30th Anniversary album. Alessia’a team contacted The Warning and the two groups wrote, recorded, and produced an entirely new version of Sandman in only ten days that ended up being the lead track on Metallica’s anniversary album. The official music video for that is a great second video. 3) The Warning then did their Sandman version at the Teatro Metropolitan concert in August 2022. This live performance is epic. Several reactors have done these back to back in the same reaction video and been blown away. By your reactions so far, i think you might really enjoy this.

Congratulations to Pau, Drumeo Rock Drummer of the Year. Happy Birthday🎂to Dany , she turned 24 Tuesday. Pau will turn 22 on Monday. Their new song , Sick, drops tomorrow(Friday). Yep, Everyone did exactly what Pau told them to. They do have more this heavy, or close to it, and some great ballads. Anything from the Aug 2022 concert at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX is worth checking out. A few from there to start with: "Disciple", "Choke", and for Pau singing lead (yes the drummer sings lead too) "23" and "Dust to Dust"

I'd highly suggest checking out their 2022 Teatro Metropolitan performance, there's not a weak spot start to finish. I'd recommend Z, Animosity, Disciple, or Choke as a good starting point. Their reimagining of Enter Sandman from that show is phenomenal as well. Enjoy the ride!

They do have some great ballads. Black Holes, Show Me the Light, Revenant and Breathe come to mind. Pau is the drummer and takes the lead for all 4 of these songs. She is excellent at pulling the emotion out with her voice. Black Holes and Show Me the Light are a couple of their older songs from their first album while Revenant and Breathe are on the third album. BH & SMtL are probably easiest to get from the Dakota Bar performance for closer to their original versions. Teatro Metropolitan for Revenant. Breathe is probably best from the Pepsi Center in Mexico City but they played the studio version of it during the 2022 Metropolitan concert while they did a wardrobe change. The crowd response was heartwarming.

Evolve is a great hype song. They are releasing a new single on Friday, Feb 2nd 2024, and there is a world premiere of it on SiriusXM tonight at 6pmET/3pmPT. The song is called S!CK and it is just as heavy as Evolve . Really looking forward to listening to the official high quality audio of it as there has only been concert footage of it so far on cell phone audio. ⚡⚡⚡

I think the logical next steps are Choke, Disciple, and Enter Sandman. From that point you'll be addicted and start listening to everything they've made since they were little kids.

Thank you for giving The Warning another chance. These ladies are awesome. No filler songs or lyrics here, the put a lot into their writing. Pau, the drummer does the majority of the lyrics and the initial melody then brings it to the band and they flesh it out together. Pau just won Drumeo’s Hard Rock Drummer of the Year.

The Warning is a breath of fresh air to rock music. A band that doesn't sound old, but rescues the original essence of rock with the freedom to move between different varieties (hard, some metal, punk, grunge...) without losing its own style.

Thanks for your reaction Matt. Very simple. Every song from their 8/29/22 concert at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX is worthy of a reaction. Dozens of reaction channels have either reacted to the entire show in a livestream, or one song at a time with reaction videos. The concert has become my all time favorite rock concert.

A few days ago the Drumeo RU-vid channel presented Paulina with the “Best Rock Drummer of 2023” award. She was up against some other big name nominees, but she “dominated” this fan-voted award. If your unfamiliar with Drumeo, they are a Canadian-based RU-vid channel for all things drum related and have 3.5million subscribers.

The warning is all rock ..they have grunge ,rock,metal in all their music ..phenomenal band .

The Warning is a once in a generation phenomenon. I flew down from Portland Oregon with my daughter to see them live over 2 months ago in Tijuana where they started with Disciple. Ale’s bass kicked me in the chest and knocked me over, then Pau beat me over the head with her drums and then Dany finished me off by slaying me with her guitar and vocals. Once you go down The Warning rabbit hole there's no way out, like Black Holes (which is one of my favorite songs of theirs).⚡🤘

They are mostly a hard rock band. I’ve seen them 3 times. Great band. Try the song Queen of the Murder Scene live. There are a couple live versions. Best is probably in 2022 in Mexico City. They have the whole concert on their RU-vid page.

This is what to expect from The Warning, typically. Some of their songs veer off into grunge, metal, punk, new wave, and Pau (drummer) says they even incorporate some k-pop elements. Try 'Animosity', '23', 'Z', and 'Error' to start.

this was such a huge and powerful exhibition they gave with the short time they were given... they performed two songs, *More* (done first) and this one, *Evolve* which is certainly a fan favorite... Pau (drums) came up with *Evolve* after watching a documentary about evolution and gene manipulation... this isn't the first time she has drawn inspiration from a TV show or movie, either... i understand that MTV is still looking for their roof LOL i'm quite proud and happy for DPA/TW for making these milestone appearances at two MTV functions, the MIAW in CDMX (back in Aug 2023) and the VMAs in NY&NJ (Extended Stage) (in Sep 2023)... three additional milestones are 1) they are the first Mexican band to perform at the VMAs, and 2) they were invited to perform, and 3) they were not nominated for anything... that speaks volumes in a great and huge way! now add to that they have been doing this for 10 years and, right now, most of that was while independent... i would also be remiss if i didn't mention that this performance was real unlike the other groups that also performed here... DPA/TW did both of their songs fully live and in one take while the others lip synced and took all three takes of which the ""best"" was selected for airplay... DPA/TW were also the only ones to be announced on the main stage when it was time to present their performance... watching Pau (drums) firing her "Scream of Evolution" toward the heavens releasing all of her frustrations and pain so she can Evolve and grow past them is always a treat 😜... she has described it in similar fashion and brings it for real each and every time they present this hard rocking power ballad in concert or live sessions... Pau has also stated that playing here on this stage was a very surreal moment... the stage was very much like the stage in the game Rock Band... i can easily see that they might have felt as if they had been transported into the game... i'm sure they imagined similar when they were playing the game as children and just beginning to find their path in life pre-2012 or so... they have just celebrated their 1st 10 years as a band in 2023... I can’t really add anything else to what my fellow TWA colleagues have given you for future The Warning material! I can however point you at an amazing band - 4 young ladies called Plush who toured with The Warning last year, they were very good! Their singer Moriah Formica does an amazing cover of Heart’s Barracuda which is just so good! These girls rock out too, if anything a bit harder than The Warning with their roots in 80/90’s rock! I’m sure you’ll enjoy them!!!

From the attitude of its members and their performances, it is more than obvious that these 3 incredible and skilled artists have been trained to perform live, regardless of their talent in creating their musical masterpieces. Because Daniela, Paulina y Alejandra have a formidable innate talent, each one of them. Innate but with practice taken to the sublime. Despite their youth, they already have a lot of experience along the way in addition to their great preparation since they were little girls. Their attitude, discipline and willingness to achieve their goals are leading them to great and well-deserved achievements. Dany, Pau & Ale are still on the path to the top, but with too much potential, enough to think that reaching it will be inevitable. Furthermore, the volume of quality that each of their creations implies is great… and the number of songs that carry said quality is enormous, which for me could be “The Warning label.” I’m sure that each of their creations is subjected to a meticulous quality process before finally seeing the light… And not only in the technical aspect, but they have also already shown that they have an exquisite taste for the good music that emanates from them when they become inspired and creative. Added to all this is that they are surrounded by an excellent family and a fraternal team totally committed to their project... And they have a fan base, “The Warning Army”, tremendously loyal to them (and exponentially growing too) that is decisively involved in supporting them because they have deservedly earned it for being incredible and surprising human beings. Knowing this will give you a much better perspective to better value DPA, and maybe you will understand that TW is not just a band of talented young women who make good songs... No, it’s about music, really about art with the brilliance of a "masterpiece" created and performed by three genius female performers from an early age who have been developing and evolving by leaps and bounds. The beauty of their art lies in its simplicity. Allways everybody have to appreciate each of these amazing rock masterpieces in all their dimensions and then be surprised again that they are creations of those who have wonderful talent but who, due to their age, still have much more talent to develop. Hot top for another young rock trio: Freeze The Fall. Inspired by The Warning, they're 16, 15 and 15. Their first video single was released last Thursday, and already has over 11,000 views. Song is called Glitch.

Their heaviest song is Queen of the Murder Scene (QOTMS) from the homonym album, it's almost metal, if not fully metal. I suggest you to react to the Lunario concert performance of the song because I love the charming sound of Dany's Manson MA-2 guitar, specially how it sounds in the solo, but if you prefer a heavier version of QOTMS then I recommend you the Teatro Metropolitan performance where she uses the Gibson Explorer guitar that was a gift from Lzzy Hale to Dany. If you ask me I would advise you to react to both performances. Good reaction by the way!.

The Warning is the band which you know their next song is going to be good. They don´t write bad songs which in turn makes every song you hear from them to be a great or fantastic. DPA know how to make perfect even better. Tomorrow (2/2) they release at least one of two songs (many of us suspect they might release both). The hinted one SICK, along with the other HYCAD (Hell You Call A Dream) are both very heavy and it´s clear to see that "Money" was a bate to interest a wider audience, TW is not afraid of experimenting whit different music genres. This band can go from heart wrenching ballads to full throttle Rock menace in less than a second. They can make you cry one moment and feed your metal animal the next and you don´t even know if you cry because of sadness or joy. Experiencing The Warning are often both. They give you every flavor sometimes at the same time through songs that are masterpieces when it comes to lyrics, composing and arrangement. As a member of TWA i get to be both happy and proud like a dad over these girls, every single day. Happy to see you are warned, welcome to the rabbit hole.

Everyone has mentioned the Teatro Metropolitan concert, and all the songs form that are good! Maybe checking out their "cover" (or rather, re-imagining) of Enter Sandman from the concert would be a good next step. That song is what brought them to my attention. It is the first track on the Metallica Blacklist album. But their version puts a great new spin on a song everyone knows!

Dany’s facial expressions are fucking next level. Ale is in mega rockstar mode. Pau..well Pau is on steroids. Quote from the MTV video director “I’m a fan! HOLY SHIT!” The next legit super group.

There are two things that are must sees * Their MV (Music Video) for Enter Sandman by Metallica. Yes, it is not live. Yes, it i not super heavy. But, yes you have to see it anyhow. Its epic! * Almost anything from Teatro Metropolitan, but why not Deciple? Or whatever is recommended. Then after that, you have tons of fun stuff! Just go on excursion among everything you find. You have many hours in front of you. Then, when you totally love them you need to see their beginning, Enter Sandman as kids, when Ale was 8 years old on a (relatively) huge bass. Rocking it!

Anything but MORE. All their other songs are great.

There is not a single song from their Teatro Metropolitan concert in CDMX(Mexico city) that isn’t just an incredible performance. You can pick that full concert (on their RU-vid channel) and start off with Z and just go song by song. They’re all amazing IMO.

Something important to understand is that The Warning is not metal. There are winks and moments in which they come very close to it, but without being it. However, considering the above and putting some limits to expectations, we have an excellent rock band representing generation Z and a lot of other generations that needed something like this to regain faith in the music industry and humanity. With that in mind, 'Queen of the Murder Scene' at Theatro Metropolitan is the next thing to see.

The Warning can't really be pigeon-holed into a specific rock genre, but another harder tune I suspect you'd like is Queen of the Murder Scene. Hmm, sure, I guess More is "poppy" by TW standards, but a song with heavy electric guitar, heavy bass, and heavy drums doesn't feel like a "pop song" to me 🤔 😝 The studio version might not be as heavy as the version at the VMA's, but still, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Rihanna, and Beyonce aren't names that come to mind when I listen to More, those names/artists are "pop" to me, and they would never do songs like Evolve. Evolve is more(!) like how they usually sound. Want to hear how heavy they can be? Give Queen of the Murder Scene at Teatro Metropolitan a go. The breakdown in Evolve gets me everytime, one of the best breakdowns I have ever heard! Then check out their re-imagining of it for Metallica's 30th Anniversary of the Black album they did with pop singer Alessia Caria THEN check out their live performance of it from the Teatro Metropolitan show in August of 2022. It's "Enter Sandman" but it isn't, it can't even be considered a cover, they truly made it theirs. Even when they were younger they were writing some great music. "XXIst Century Blood" is a great song with an equally great video. This rabbit hole is deep but what a ride! Consider yourself "warned". 😁

*Who are The Warning:* They are a Hard Rock band. Not a pop band or metal. Dany (Guitar / Vocals) is not a shredder. Her solos are constraints within the song. Pau (Pow - Drums / Vocals) writes most of their original songs on the piano first. But not complete song but parts. Pau takes what she calls *Frankenstein* to her sisters. Then all 3 piece the pieces of music (guitar/bass/drums) into a song. Ale (Aleeh - Bass / Backing Vocals) is the quiet one. She let's her older sisters do the talking. At MTV. 98% of those people there (including MTV staff) never ever heard of The Warning. The Warning had to canceled a Guns 'n' Roses opening gig to be at the VMA's.
