Great advice. Thank you. I’m going to change my paint choice for my Can Am Trike. The mat black is going to be too much for me, as a disabled rider, to take care of. Silver it is, maybe with a satin PPF

Woof. Great perspective on matte/satin paint. I’m convinced that just doing a vinyl wrap in the matte/satin color I want and preserve the true glossy paint is the way to go.

Matt finished EV six run it through brushless car washes for a year now no problem no scratches although I did ceramic coat it

Very detail information Thanks! Totally agree to get a gloss finished car and PPF it with a Matte finish. Is there any difference in terms of routine care of car with PPF? I suppose I can't take it cash wash. Any insight you can are will be greatly appreciated!

Here in India, IONIQ5 has a zero dollar matte option. Bodywork tend to get quite worn after a while here coz of the driving style. Should I go for the free matte and wrap it in stealth or stick to the gloss?

In your PPF video you said you didn’t like that they all yellow over time. Are the satin finish PPF films less prone to this? I’ve been thinking if doing a satin PPF on a white Tesla.
