'Scripture must be fulfilled' - everything that happened to Jesus Christ took place to fulfill prophecies written about Him. His betrayal, arrest, suffering, crucifixion, and death were part of God's plan to save His people from their sins (Isaiah 53:1-11 and Romans 3:21-26).
Jesus Christ allowed the arrest to happen exactly as it was written in God's word, including even the betrayal of Judas Iscariot, and the protection of His disciples.
Even during the time of His betrayal, Jesus Christ's divine attributes and grace are on full display.
