I accidentally came across your video... wish u both a long and happy married life! Both of y’all look good. U guys will have beautiful children 👶... Sheryn from 🇺🇸
I love it when parents accept their kids' partners in such a loving way. India is such a conservative country here two different castes are not cinside viable let alone two different freaking cultures.
This is the beauty of a multiracial country. While I strongly believe that cultures and traditions should be uphold by younger generations, the older generations should be open to accept (if possible) other cultures or castes in your case.
We live in a multi-cultural communities in Malaysia. The "Hinduism" and "Buddhism" ceremonies you saw were not done based on religions, they were done as respect to many years of traditions and cultures. Our children will be Catholics.
We are Catholics. The pooja room in the clip you saw is my brother in law's house (he is Hindu), we had wedding party there. Yes, the yellow thread (thali) is indian culture. The chinese tea ceremony is traditional chinese tradition. We serve tea to our elders as sign of respect and to earn their blessings in this marriage. We are Malaysians - our country is multiracial. Hope this explains 😊
