Ann, I retired 3 years ago from federal service. I was so tired and burnout I ran out the door. Embrace your new journey. U will feel better and be soooo grateful u left. Volunteer and help others to so many non profit organizations need people with your skills and abilities. I am working in that realm currently for 20 hours some times more. Give it a try. ❤ Angie
My daughter has done this. She us 11 now. Last year she had written all of the things she wanted to happen for herself in that year. We literally lost the notebook of misplaced it. When I found it, I had opened it to exactly that page and literally ALL of the things had happened! Why? Our subconscious mind remembers EVERYTHING and is ALWAYS trying to guide you and hint at you the path you wanted. Also, when I showed my daughter how all of them came to pass she was in so much awe! She is an amazing manifestor and huge believer in manifestation because she has seen for herself that it works! It is amazing. Also just love Matthew! I love his cadence and tone when he speaks. He has a very confident and reassuring voice I feel like. 🙂
I was leading a great life. My spouse and I raised a great 26yr old gentleman (no kids as not married yet) has his own home. Then I got Ankylosing Spondylitis, Fibromyalgia and P.O.T.S and my freedom stopped then my husband got Covid, we both are now disabled. We were living the American dream, then had to sell our home. It feels like everything we worked so hard for was gone. We now live with our son and realize what a great job we did as parents 😀 we live on one side and he lives on the other side of the house
My prayers are with you! Twenty-nine years ago I, too, was hit by a big semi…in reality it was a taxi driver changing his clothes, as he was driving, on his way to a pick up (he used his own 6 passenger station wagon for work). My husband, four children and I were stopped at a red light when the taxi driver hit us from behind, pushing our vehicle through the complete intersection. My career of over 20 years as a Radiologic Technologist came to an end. I’ve now had 33 surgeries, developed 4 autoimmune diseases and various other medical challenges to keep me busy…lol! I’m blessed with a wonderful family, friends and a supportive husband that God gave me to help meet my challenges. We never know when life is going to throw us a curve ball but, like you, as we continue to be grateful for our blessings, no matter where they come from, life becomes manageable…sometimes only a minute at a time! Looking back on thoughts I’ve written down, I can see small and sometimes big points of healing and blessing, which is so encouraging. I keep busy with communicating, usually by short texts, with our children and now 17 grandchildren, reading, crocheting and little crafting projects I can manage. The biggest blessing I’ve been given is the opportunity to pray for others in need…whatever those needs may be. I want you to know I have now included you on my list. May you have a very Merry Christmas and a year ahead of healing and comfort! 💞🙏🎄
@@ruthe.chidley6979 blessed Be I'm glad you have hobbies you can do. I used to love to read and learn about everything but can't. I did give all my books to a library which didn't have much. I feel I'm taking on what others couldn't handle, that's how I deal with it 🫠
Having & keeping a journal is a good way to start off a new chapter, especially if the old did not go as anticipated. Life is full of changes. I pray this coming year brings you all everything you hope for & deserve. Thank you, Matthew. You are an inspiration.
I journal when I feel deep about something or when I get inspired. It helps to see what I’ve been working on and my patterns. I also write what I learn from books and what seemed new a while back, now its integrated and it always amazes me how much I learn. We are all the same and journaling is proof of that progress. 🎉
One of my greatest regrets is not keeping a journal. Starting at least probably sometime in high school but def by the time I was 18...there is so much I have forgotten that I'd love to just be able to look back upon...he's absolutely right imo...
This is so true, I like rhymes and poetry, I can be out the house, down the river, sat in a Dr's waiting room and I think of a cool bit of poetry and think " oh I'll deffo remember that, and write it down when i get home " ... gets home it's gone, write it down there and then and it becomes legit fact.
More than keeping a jornal like a teenager, It’s important to have something to write down the ideas that you came across, specially if you work in a creative environment
Lol you spelled journal wrong and since when do teenagers keep journals?? I know teenage girls have diaries but a journal is for adult men hence the terms journalists and journalism 😂😂😂
@@Saulgoodmane sorry English is not my 1st language, nevertheless I think a made my point across, but keeping a writing down like he proposes it’s a little bit childish.
i mean just like all whether aloud or in silence we self talk and that’s okay as long as it’s not disturbing peace of mind even in the most disastrous like war like situations under fire yo!
I know exactly what your talking about looking back to those old ones. Sometimes it's a little too real, but then again, sometimes it's better to have your head in the clouds then buried in the sand
Thanks Matthew! You are so right! Our minds get so filled with what’s going on in the day that it’s easy to forget our thought times. I’ve journaled for years at times and then stop for whatever reason. I feel so much more fulfilled when put down my thoughts and events. Love going back to read about what was happening during a particular time and like you said it brings such satisfaction when we see progress, success and maturity in our lives.💙
I just watched a vlog entry from three years ago and I’ve grown so much, daily habits add up but it’s hard to take notice without something like a journal
I love you for your presentation skills…raw and authentic, full of truth & integrity. How refreshing to have someone who has a platform use it for such an amazing work! This is livin’! Thanks for sharing, Matthew!
I do that all the time, I even try to convince myself to remember one word out of it, and it’ll bring it all back… nope. journaling, thanks for the reminder. And your wisdom.😊
Yes, journaling is SOOO Powerful especially when triggers arise and especially manifesting. Love that U R an Awakend One~Blessings to You & your Family🙌🙏✌️💞
Well, there was a writer who tore books in half and placed them in each pocket of his jacket-I forget who he was-but I imagine that it bothered a lot of people. I highlight my books and different colors, so it doesn’t bother me that you do it. Lovely video, I truly enjoyed watching it. ❤
I have journal for @30+ yrs and when I go back and read I remember the horrific pain I was going through and how God kep his hand upon my life and literally helped me rise like the Phoenix!@76 yrs young it keeps me humble as Iam manifesting my best yrs to come!
In 2017 I was packing up my things to move and start a new life abroad. While I was packing I found my old diary from 2015 where I had written my manifestation. Matthew is right, it works! 😊
