@@ec9697 yes, my son died from a drug overdose 20 years ago. Back then it took 6 months to get the accurate tox report. My son had a mixture of Rx and illicit drugs. I think Matthew may end up having the same

Agree. ketamine is no joke. It works on a clinical setting, strongly supervised. It should never be prescribed for home use. Addicts have a hard time sticking to the prescribed daily dose. (From an addict in recovery) I learned how and when I could get high, when I had to stop to pass my UAs from the Dr. I'm on maintenance and I've been on it so long, I'm good now, but even ibuprofen, or whatever, my mind tells me, "it's not gonna work, so take an extra one" or "it works, so take more, so it works better" then u run out, so u gotta find something u can take so ur not sick. and I think that's what MP did. I don't believe anyone should be charged with his death. He was going to take ketamine no matter where he gets it. But ppl would be charged with possession, dealing, sending drugs thru mail. And Drs should be charged with over prescribing. But Mueller, even if she introduced MP to anyone, she shouldn't be charged. MP would have found it somewhere else. MP took the drug, thats on him. No one else. There shouldn't be a murder charge.

While I'm not an addiction specialist I have been in recovery for over 15 years. From what I've learned you obtain from all substances. Except for movie stars. They get anything they want.

Watching that disgusting movie which was such a joke, portraying Feldman as the innocent naive lil guy who, was approached & befriended by Corey Haim-someone they made out to b a horrid druggy awful influence on Feldman, & almost an all out thuglet. It was almost funny if it wasn't being viewed by so many ppl potentially believing that trashcan movie. Describing ur 'best friends' assault in graphic details including a jar of crisco in between trailers on a movie set, then acting like it made Haim hit on him & say things like, 'everyone does it here, it's ok.' Does this sound like the narrative of one who cared about Haim? Or maybe a jealous lying shadetree who was actually terrified of the subject wen haim was alive, bc he knows haim was telling the truth wen he accused him of basically settin him up for his sick friend to take advantage of, & even after, remained best pals w/the sick psycho for decades afterward... & if that's not enough for u to ponder about the actions & truth of ole Corey Feldman, how bout after Corey Haim died, he tried to get approval to film his FUNERAL for the end of 'The 2 Coreys'. Disrespectful lil twat is what he was & is! Ps-Im from that era, & I loved both Coreys as much as the next kid my age bak in the day. So it was pretty soul crushing opening my eyes & being witness to all of this. Also another source for the truth-Haims mother+sister...Do ur research & listen wen the ppl actually involved speak, but also watch their faces & eyes. @@tracihawley33 in some cases but then you have doctors that want to give pain meds for everything instead of getting to the core of the issue. Especially with teenagers when it comes to sporting injuries and I'm talking high MG pain meds they start them on from the jump. I don't think anyone should have to live in pain but the medications have to be given out properly and for the right reasons. They don't need to start off with the strongest of the strong, especially in these kids. My boys played sports all through school and I can't even count how many of their teammates got hurt and now they are in and out of county jail for drug charges. It's not OK. It's heartbreaking.

This was 15 yr ago r so and idk about nowadays but patients would 'jump' or 'hop' from one pharmacy to another, I didn't personally tag that phrase. I was commenting at a moment when just basic clarification to help the host.

I've lived in a lot of places but I grew up in the south and moved up north in high school, then back to the south about 10 years ago. So my accent is a mix of southern and what I consider "northern" lol

He's suffered with addiction for a very long time. And he switches his drugnof choice...so Times alcohol, sometimes pills..the type of pills vary. It very difficult to remain in recovery when your addiction keeps changing.

If they charge someone with involuntary manslaughter, those charges fall under murder statutes. Causing the death of another involuntarily. This is what the investigation is about.
