This is my favorite scene too!

It’s so subtle. The kids were told in an earlier scene by Jesus to be kind to one another because it is bigger than what their trade will be. It will be there bigger job in life. They may have been aware he was a tax collector by his clothes or how others were treating him in the crowd. Yet their simple act of faith in what Jesus said to treat others kindly showed a child’s faith succeeded where an adult’s failed. Hence the verse “if you want to get into Heaven, you need faith like a child.” The subtlety of this show is amazing. Maybe this message was not their intent, if not; then it was Holy Spirit since it is obvious he is behind this show. I feel it every time I watch it: in the performance, the landscapes, the details.

Isn’t that beautiful!?! GOD loves us SO much. He sent Jesus to die and rise 3 days later to save us from our sins.

Not to make sin okay, i.e. stay in darkness, but for the light to shine the light on the darkness and expose the sin, that one might be broken about their sin and selfishness and turn from following the devil and instead start following the light who is Jesus. @@thegamerwoman5320 agreed. Once we are saved, we should no longer willfully sin. But that doesnt mean we will never ever mess up again. We will always fallshort, but we must still strive to be Holy and righteous

Everyone's fav, bcos we all are in one way or the other queer, and we know it ourselves. It gives me hope and solace, if Jesus chose and loved Mathew just as he was, I too could be loved with all my frailties.

Check out Rembrants beautiful painting of him. He probably wrote two gospels - one of which was lost. He was probably murdered in Ethiopia (stabbed). When that happened....he must have looked up and seen all his freinds - and then one freind in particular....

His burial place is called St.Thomas Mount. The Christians in this area call ourselves as 'St.Thomas Christians' to this day. We have a 2000+ years Christian tradition. St.Thomas had built 7-and-a-half churches here. They are very holy pilgrimage sites, especially for Catholics.

Because lord father didn’t spare his only son to redeem us with all his suffering at crucifixion Lord was able to send his thousands Angel to Rescue him , but he didn’t . He completed it for our salvation We still sining , still not changing as lord Will .. we just will meet him with our weakness and knee to forgive us and accept us in his glory .. Amen 🙏

me too..I have struggled this weekend with depression (31 years since my mothers murder) this montage helped release my tears. Thank you Lord for calling my name also - and waiting so long for me to understand. God is merciful. Jesus is loving and patient. I pray blessings upon this cast and crew.
