I hope Maurice realized how good his voice was, The range and complexity of his notes were phenomenal, His lower notes are enough to make the floor vibrate.
First time I ever heard Maurice sing a song on his own He had a Beautiful Singing voice I wished He would of sang more & this song sound so good He sounded a bit like Andy ❤️🇭🇲
🥀Beautiful love song amazing lyrics vocals and music, vocals with meaning of the romantic truth about how love is suppose to be. 🥀☝️🥀 R.I.P Maurice Gibb We Love You Forever and Always!!!🥀🕊🥀☝️
So different from Barry and Robin but that's why their harmony was out of this world. Yes, a lot of county sound in his voice. Just such a legendary group. Timeless
I love Maurice! This is beautiful! He was so talented and gave us so much. RIP dear Mo, you are still such a bright ball of love and energy. That will never die!❤❤❤
That right there is some good old country music, right up there with Willy Nelson, Merle Haggard! Loved it, loved hearing Maurice singing this song! 🎶❤️🎶
hold her in my hand, by maurice gibb is my favourite song ever..he has a magical voice, like robin and barry not forgetting andy.losing them all so young.is a tradedy.they brought so much happiness to so many people, not only with their music, but their sense of humour. i truly wish they were still with us.i fall asleep every night listening to them all.keep on barry, you are superb.
I have never heard this before! I've heard Maurice sing before and I always thought he had a nice voice. But this is a real shining moment for him. In addition to his ability to sing harmony, he had a real knack for country music.
According to Barry, he was a country music “ addict” himself. This is one of his accomplishments. Of course with the song “The Bridge” with his children.
I loved Maurice voice!!!!! What songs he does sing is country. Loved his smile , happiness the fun he had on stage. My favorite group of all time. Bless Bee Gee’s
20 years without you Maurice Gibb and happy birthday in heaven with Robin, you surely will be missed and your music legacy will forever lives on. 🥺😭 Sending hugs and stay strong always Sir Barry Gibb 🫂🥺😭 Hello from the 🇵🇭
This is a beautiful song. Maurice has a lovely voice and a special style to this song. He should have had more songs that he sang by himself. Or sang more lead songs with his brothers Barry and Robin. Thank you Maurice for this sensitive, emotional and beautiful song.
not many solo songs of Maurice out there. besides this, there is only his first solo single from 1970 "Railroad" (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Z3l8t5g7JsU.html) backed with "I've come back" (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8dSQXGd-LZk.html). and of course there are several songs of the Bee Gees with Maurice on lead vocals
Maurice Gibb, the man in the middle of the Bee Gees, although he performed on the right side at stage, rarely apeared in solo works. It reminds me his first attempt in going without his brothers in RAILROAD, in 1969...
Maurice was one of the great singers on earth. Country, but also funk, soul, he could sing most everything! As also his brothers could! XXX Love you Maurice, for ever!
@@bobbiebarron7725 Moe's drinking had nothing to do with not getting parts or leads or whatever in the Bee Gees. It started with John Lennon giving him a drink and him and Lulu partied a lot and he says himself at age 25 he crossed the line. There are times that Barry and Robin has said he was so drunk he fell asleep on stage. It was probably more like passed out. He couldn't always be counted on to do his part. Watch the video fighting back with Maurice Gibb. He was a wonderful man who overcame his alcoholism. He was fantastic, talented, very sexy man.
Maurice had an extraordinary talent of inserting his harmony right in the exact time and spot to fill the perfect tone giving the Bee Gees their perfect blend. A God given talent! An incredible soul!
Absolutely pitch perfect and with a broad natural range. His voice has a wonderful masculine simplicity and resonance. I always listen for his harmonies when Robin and Barry are leading, but he blends his voice so perfectly into theirs that it's really difficult to pick. The difference he made was phenomenal. When you hear Barry and Robin sing without him, there's a thinness, something missing from the sound, although it is amazing and unique - and it's that rich resonance of Maurice's voice. The trio made perfect harmonies. Love the BeeGees! No wonder they are inimitable!. Love you Mo. I always loved your looks best and admired your simple elegance. No medallions and hairy chested macho for you. No need to push yourself forward. Your quality shows in every gesture and appearance you made. RIP. I wish I could have met you.
First time of hearing this song , I always knew that Maurice had such a beautiful voice and have always ❤️ him, But this songs is soooo beautiful and it gives me chills, He should have done so much more Priceless and Timeless, RIP my friend you were taken away from us way to soon, you will always live on in our hearts and music,True Legend's never die and you were and still are a true legend ❤️💙🎵💡🌏💞
Thank you for sharing this very beautiful inspirational song bye Maurice, He had such a different voice from his brothers, He should have done so many more, Just so beautiful 😥😍❤️ Miss and love you Maurice ❤️ RIP MY FRIEND 💙🙏
I love this song. Such a wonderful voice. Maurice should have sung more solo songs. He should have sung more songs as a Bee Gee too. RIP Maurice. You are missed but not forgotten.
great movie great soundtrack and one wonderful under rated Bee Gee.love the group but Mo is the sweetest modest one who kept them together even Barry said that, the man in the middle between to big egos (quote from Barry) Miss u MO
OH MY WORD!!!! THAT SONG IS AWESOME!!! I AM SPEECHLESS. I KNEW HE COULD SING OF COURSE BUT THIS IS ...WOW!! MAURICE IS SINGING IN HEAVEN NOW W/ HIS BROTHERS. I AM SAVING THIS SONG.💗💗💗💗💗
Beautiful song. Thank you, Maurice. First heard it in mid-eighties. It played over the credits at the end of a movie called "A Breed Apart" starring Rutger Hauer, Kathleen Turner and Powers Boothe.
This was my first time hearing this song and I was in awe of how beautiful it was. Why in the world did Barry and Robin not realize that he needed to sing more lead than he did?
Maurice had a voice made for Country. Butter and twang. He didn't sign the highest or the strongest but he harmonized with his brothers perfectly and obviously could hold his own beautifully.
Mo had an awesome voice and so many people question what he sounded like. Perfect example. His songs are out there if anyone isn't familiar with the songs he sang. Love you forever Maurice.
Maurice is my favourite Gibb.. He looks most like me but he is blessed with a voice like honey... like the other brothers. Andy breaks all records though.. My eternal love to him, what a blessed singer he was..Should have stayed with us a lot longer..
The Bee Gees are one of the greatest groups of all time each one of them with such talent as writers, singers and all around great people. I love that they were all such family men
What a beautiful song ❤️. I’ve never heard this before, thanks for sharing!!! Maurice had a beautiful voice, so different from his brothers and a very talented musician. I wish we had more of his solo music ❤. RIP Maurice, Andy & Robin Gibb, gone too soon
What a beautiful song, I heard it for the first time on the radio station this morning, lovely words and of cause Maurice puts such a lot of feelings into it. 😥😥😥
Maurice voice...tender, peaceful and velvety soft. Robin's...haunting, unique, takes you to the depth of your soul. Barry's... Uplifting, joyful, determined. Being a big brother that he is. Of the three... I love Robin the most. His songs touches the deepest sensitivity of my soul. Robin alone can do that to anyone. The greatest singer who ever lived.
Maurice Gibb, solo.. so very beautiful. Reminds me of the song I believe Barry write for their Mother.. xoxox -- Wow.. these deep feeling brothers.. so beautiful that they felt free.. safe.. to so vulnerably express.. w the the support of each other.. and the Love, gratitude and appreciation of the World. ♥️ Wonderful ♥️🥀🧡💛💚
