One rule, attorneys need to first respect the court by showing up prepared.

The judge is adding the network to find out who owns what. The show streams on Own but that doesn't mean that Own has ownership in the production. They could just have a streaming agreement and CK could be the sole owner. Adding all parties will allow the court to figure it out

I heard that BT's countersuit is structured to add others if nec. So she can add CK & Kingdom Reign if it is found that the production co is solely responsible.

IMO He did it because what BT was alledging was true. He wanted to shut her up, he was rattlesnake pissed at H4HT cause she called him a cancer huncher😂😂😂😂😂 Kimmee sicked him on her. But...the fact that he's a significant cast member on a nationally syndicated TV series and he's being reported or content is being created on YT about him widely, says enough. Celebrity or Reality TV star...tomatoe tomato...same difference.

@Miss Mimi, Sorry, I'm not responding to you, though I totally agree with you. For some reason I can't comment on my own, so I'm piggybacking off your comment. Mighty Mouse has not been dismissed from the counterclaim. The judge gave him 30 days to come back with the information she was asking him. The fool literally had nothing in court to prove his case, not even the petition he filed. He was ill-prepared. According to TT, he didn't have a briefcase.

big difference 2x, Maurice has no acting skills, so he's not a celebrity. I've questioned his attorney title. Was this a on line course he didn't have to study for, or did the other Maurice take the bar exam? He's showing no qualifications of an attorney. Something is missing here
