Fantastic shooting!!! 700m, prone, bi-pod in the field, with a .308! Great review that covers the features I find most salient. Most of all in the caliber I want.
Thanks Oleg. Glad you liked it. Would have been interesting to see how far we could have pushed it out with a different optic and a bit of load development.
Four rounds out of five with a breeze is more than luck. I was convinced by this video. Convinced enough that I went out the next day and purchased one. Laser sighted it at home, off some cliffs in the distance. You mention the trigger and it is a good one! Pulls itself. My scope is inexpensive but, out to 100m it's fine. Sub-MOA indeed. Plan to load this round as well. Thanks for a great video showcasing this affordable rifle. I did notice a big difference in ammo. Very nice 👍! I'm seriously considering this rifle. 2 things I would like to have is a wood or laminate stock and a vernier aperture sight. Did you try the heavier bullets also? Most of the time here in America with 308 we use 165/168/175/180 grain bullets . Thanks
Great shooting. I saw you were able to push the rounds vertically into the mag and the action looks to be quite open at the top. Did you try to tpop load the rifle magazine in the gun? I spotlight a lot and this is a very usefull feature for me.
What are your thoughts two years later? Still love it? Here is an interesting M18 video not titled as such but if I understood it correctly, they shot it to 1000 yards along with the M12. The confusion for me is that at the very end of the video they didnt say which rifle did that last shot. They really should re-title the video, otherwise people considering M18 will never find it. Do watch it! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-S-fcTUmQKXo.html
We tend to avoid comparisons because its fairly subjective. Features that once person likes another will hate. We like what works and stands up to hard use in the field.
