Hate to say it but this was the Mavs last chance and they blew it. The Nuggets are going back in the West next year. And I am not a Nuggets fan just FYI. It is likely we will see the Nuggets vs Celtics (which was supposed to be the matchup last year but the Heat gatecrashed).
The Mavs let this one slipped away.Theres no assurance when they will have this chance again. It's easier to say things and hope than to get it done. Majority picked them to beat Boston bc on how they got to the finals against very tough western teams. By the time they faced Boston it seemed that they don't have anything left.
