Had this recipe on my ‘to do list’ for so long. Finally made it yesterday. The cake was gone within an hour. My father had always wanted to have a mawa cake and he finally did... he was so happy and I was so happy I could make him happy... thank you so so so much for this recipe.

It came out exactly as shown in the video and tastes amazing for an eggless cake! Its perfect like a store bought one! i jz greased the bottom of the pan with ghee and add few drops on top of the cake bfr it went in oven!

I have used oil instead of butter,replaced baking soda for baking powder (1/3tsp of baking powder quantity )and replaced milk with powdered milk . And cardamom elevated the flavour to another level making it more a mawa cake !! Awesome soft spongy . Did this on stovetop oven .

I made this today. Turned out perfect. For more moisture i added sour cream instead of yogurt and heavy cream instead of milk. Great recipe. Thank you for sharing.
